Don't feel safe , the main door was half opened, broken

The Room was very spacious and certain Staff were pleasant

The Check In was like entering a Twilight Zone TV Special. The highly unpleasant Male/Front Desk needed a personality bypass. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered, suggesting he did not like Foreign Guests. The Hotel was like a Mausoleum. Breakfast was dreadful.

We had a great deal on a very luxurious suite that was comfortable and big even beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast room was crowded (during Covid time). The buffet was cold and did not offer much choice for a foreigner.

The room is spacious and clean, view to the garden is ok

1/ The room is located in the front garden, right next to the main streets and there is absolutely no sound-proof windows installed. Each night, my family had to bear the sound of car engines, horns, and all types of noise from the road. If you are a light sleeper, don't choose La Truff room, choose a regular one in the main building. 2/ At night hall way lights were turned off by the guard, I suppose they wanted to save electricity, which made the entire building too dark to navigate 3/ The room was much colder than the outside atmosphere, especially the flooring tiles were so cold we had to wear flip flop in our room 4/ There were 3 TVs in the room but they were quite out - fashioned and none of them were working properly
