Lovely comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Good location, short walk to the town.

The bedroom was cold, when I asked for the radiators to be turned on I had quite an abrupt response that the radiators wouldn't be turned on until 5pm. He was obviously annoyed that i had dared to ask a simple request. In the morning he didn't even have the common curtesy to ask if the room had warmed up. Certainly needs to improve on customer service.

Great place to stay, room had an amazing view of weymouth beach and coast. Friendly staff and clear instructions for check in and keys.

Very attentive service. We were not left wanting for anything. Cleanliness. Every part of the hotel was spotless. Great bathroom with excellent towels. Fridge in the room. Comfortable lounge with a Jukebox. Great complimentary biscuits. Very big comfortable bed. The overhead fan was great for this summer.

We were not disappointed by anything in our stay.

Would have liked a proper shower attached to the wall not one attached to the taps. On looking at the booking I presumed it was a bath with a shower above but it wasn’t.

Breakfast only served until 9am and checkout is 10am. When you work all week it would be nice to have a later breakfast and checkout at the weekend.

Breakfast was good and staff very friendly, location for our visit was very good. Easy communication by email with Curtis for keys to room and visit information. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

bathroom floor could have been cleaner and we could hear the next room talking late into the night and again from 0600.

Good location great parking easy check-in, host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and well worth it. Room and hotel dated but charming as well. Only thing to improve would be the shower over bath is low down and no shower screen so you sit in the bath to shower, move higher up and add screen will be better in our opinion. Lots of levels in guest house so not suitable for disabled people ideally unless on ground floor. 15 minute walk down hill to centre.

Shower too low down and noisy plumbing, walls quite thin so hear other guests easily.
