Check in was easy. Comms was easy. Staff was friendly. We got welcome chocolate cake from host which was marvellous. Location is good within walkable distance to Crown and Bourke is within 20 mins walk. Host allowed us to check in early.

The view. Was expecting a more spectacular view but we had to close the curtains because the other buildings were so close by. But we weren't pretty much affected by it.

We visited Melbourne for my 60th birthday and wanted to stay central to everything, it’s a short walk to the number 58 tram to get into the city. 5 minute walk to all Southbank restaurants. 5 minute walk to casino. The unit was spacious and very comfortable, the beds and both couches very good. Even looked for the brand of the bed because l need a new one. A lovely touch was coming back after a big day out to find a delicious cake at the door from taj and family, made by a local chocolatier.

My husband would have liked drawers next to bed. The frypan needs replacing everything stuck.

we banned the balcony as it is on the 18th floor and we had children. we also had trouble with the wifi on the first day but Taj rectified the situation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melbourne Towers, by Nook Melbourne. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It was centrally located and easy to get around Melbourne. Our room was located towards the back of the building and was nice and quiet, with a glimpse of river view. Taj was a wonderful host and made sure he was available to hand us our keys and took our bags to the room. We were pleasantly surprised by our welcome gift (which was a lovely personal touch) and he was also very accomodating to a polite request for a late check out. Overall, an excellent stay with Nook Melbourne and we will stay again! Thank you.

The location was great, Taj met us at the apartment and even had some welcome chocolates for us. Apartment was exactly as photos showed, couches and beds were very comfortable! We loved the location, in walking distance of so many attractions with the bonus of not being in the crazy hustle and bustle of the cbd! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

A bit of traffic noise with the sliding doors open, but adds to the experience. With the doors shut, not a problem!

Taj and Alex were exceptional! We travelled with a baby and the apartment came with a high chair and baby cot. Location is amazing as we're only 1 stop away from the free tram zone but we pretty much walked everywhere as the weather was great. Whenever we had issues, all we had to do was to message Taj and he helped us out for every issue we had. I highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

Super clean and modern, hosts were lovely and super friendly. The location was very central with good public transport connections. Building was secure and well stocked with essentials and then some. Short walk to a local woolies (2 mins) and several options for trams - not once did we have an issue popping out for the day and heading somewhere new. Response time from hosts was also super swift, even on the small stuff like netflix access.

I would just say - the automated booking slip has the wrong address, it's linked to the business not the individual listing. Maybe worth confirming the appartment address in comms with the visitors as we had to hoof it with our luggage after getting dropped off by our taxi and it delayed our check-in (and our poor greeter who kindly waited for us to find the new address).

Finding the car park to the apartment and accessing the building from the car park was quite confusing. I dont think the instructions were very clear at all.

Checking in was a breeze as Taj was there to meet us. Apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, utensils and equipments are available to make you feel at home. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops and attractions. Taj is a wonderful host, very helpful in answering our questions and assisted us where he can. Highly recommended and will definately return next time.

Spacious, great location (if you don’t mind walking), the books. The hosts were accommodating of a later checkout, gave us a tour and were really hospitable! Thank you!

the use of the property facilities requires extra annoying induction from the property staff who sat there all day but asked us to come at 8pm to do the only once daily induction wasting our first night must come back early to do this extra but could have been easily done when we arrived, he just spoke about general safety things for a minute and asked us to sign some paper and downloading heaps of redundant things and install a useless app that he could organize anytime, no need 8pm at night, this is an extra hurdle to stop us from using the facilities which we have paid and entitled to use, extremely annoying, the host did not mention any about this beforehand, if I know it I would not book this apartment, frustrating, wasting time, no need

Nice Furniture and view. The room was very clean and Taj was very welcoming, with a great sense of friendliness and service, and happy to help in any way. Will choose this place again next time. Good location and convenient transportation.

one of the apartment seemed older than the other, but it wasn’t too big of a problem

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well furnished, with a nice view. Beds were very comfy. Taj was an excellent host and even surprised us with a treat (thanks Taj!). The location was great with supermarket and good takeaway food right across the road. Having the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry made travelling with kids much easier and allowed us to pack light. The kids particularly loved the pool. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Not much we didn’t like! If I’m being picky, the kitchen would have benefitted from a veggie peeler and a spare tea towel.

The view from the apartment is probably the first thing we noticed: it is stunning, especially to observe the sunrise! So wake up early and watch the sunrise! Very comfortable for a family to relax after a day of exploring. We loved having a living room and kitchen, we could spend the evenings together talking about our adventures and separate bedrooms so we could rest. The hosts were very helpful and kind. From the first moment the communication was good and fast. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice spacious apartment with everything that was expected and described. We were met in the lobby by Taj and little Vaani. We were given a tour of the surrounding area and park before the apartment itself. Taj was essily contactable during our stay and even left us a nice cake on one of the evenings.

The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with a one bathroom and open kitchen.Taj had stocked the kitchen with necessary foodstuff. Even the bathroom was stocked with essential soap and shampoo. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very cozy. We had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you
