the staff was very friendly, it was a clean Hotel, the Deluxe rooms were very clean but it was very noisy, very close to Shops, Metro and the AirPort

but personally I did not think they had good choices in the restaurant and the breakfast was not very interesting and fresh. Poor breakfast. A waiter was holding a telephone in his hand and in his pocket all the time, constantly touching his hair, which is completely unsanitary. It 's really disgusting. The waiter did not understand English, so it was impossible to communicate with him. Last but not least; (*The hotel's beautiful pool and sauna were closed to hotel guests.*)This is extremely annoying because it contains the 4 stars that are expected from the hotel. Poor breakfast & poor internet signal 😕 I give *** to this hotel

My room was upgraded to a suite without extra charges, and it was really great and comfortable with a rooftop terrace. I enjoyed staying very much. The breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful.

The price not match the quality

Its a Business hotel with very good location. Located Betwin the aiport & izmir fair, 5 minute wallk to the optimum mall outlet. The room was nice and clean. Nice breakfast (just nice, not more) The staff will not tell you that you can ask an omlet...but you can. As a business hotel, poor internet is a problem.... You can't work normaly with this kind of signal. It's nice & clean hotel .if they improve the breakfast & internet, it's will be exelant hotel. After all, This is the main target of the review & guest opinion..

The location of the property is really good. just a five minute walk from the mall. Very close to the airport.

A bunch of things unfortunately. 1. Language barrier. Had to repeat myself 3 times in order for the reception to understand what I was saying. makes it frustrating as an international visitor. 2. The hotel had very poor internet and it took them 2 days to try to fix the problem and still they couldn’t do it properly. I had a terrible stay because of the internet not working. the hotel staff told me that they cannot help me with the problem. 3. Even though I had not indicated that I wanted my room to be cleaned my room door was opened twice on different days while I was in the room. There would be a knock and before I could answer they opened the door which made me very uncomfortable. Once I would have let it go but it happened twice. 4. I misplaced very expensive Bluetooth earphones when I was having breakfast and I just told the reception a couple of times to let me know if they find it and not once did they call me back to tell me that they tried and couldn’t find them. I had to go all the way to the reception thrice to ask them for an update. They were not accommodating enough to let me know. 5. Lastly, the rooms definitely look bigger in pictures than they actually are. so the pictures are a little misguiding in terms of the size unfortunately. So please be careful with that.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. It was an exceptional experience and would prefer it again.

Very clean, big room with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet although the hotel is right next to a busy street. We decided to stay longer.

Laundry service is crazy expensive, just take your washing elsewhere (I recommend Eylül, it's a short drive away)

The hotel is newly built and clean and our room was very spacious. The staff was friendly. The location is very convenient if you want to be close to the airport.

There was a loud music sound coming from the neighboring school for two days in our five-night stay; it was disturbing. The breakfast must have been better, considering the room price. Apparently they don’t have a corkscrew in the hotel, so bring your own if you plan to have wine in your room.
