The location was good close to Forbestown with lots of restaurants and cafes.

There were several disappointing aspects to this property. First of all, the unit was only partially cleaned, with some areas in the kitchen having a smell. There were not enough towels, no laundry detergent for the washer that was there and problems with water draining out of the shower into the bathroom floor. The worse part of the entire experience and stay was communication with the property manager. Michelle was very slow at responding back, she only communicated Tagalog despite me not understanding and replying in English, and she did not communicate with us about the parking stalls. In the end, we paid more for the parking stall than what was listed on booking.com. To me this is false advertising in which she blamed it on the website. Simply unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.
