Quaint but very quiet location. Nice little private beach. Very comfortable bed. Friendly owner/staff: provided a ton of helpful information. If you want a quiet peaceful stay, this area and property definitely worth it.

Superbe endroit, à taille humaine, au calme mais avec toutes les commodités locales à proximité. Toai, sa femme et son personnel sont très serviables et à la disposition de leurs hôtes et nous donnent toutes les informations utiles pour le séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre face à la mer, un régal ! Des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement. Nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de prendre des repas à la résidence mais, en regard de la haute qualité culinaire sur l'île, je ne doute pas qu'elle soit très bonne ! Ce nid douillet et pied à terre durant 10 jours nous a permis de nous ressourcer, avec tous les magnifiques paysages vus et découverts, les étoiles de mer, les levers et couchers de soleil, les temples, les fêtes et karaoké et le plus formidable, les gens (même s'ils conduisent ultra dangereusement leurs scooters !). Pour des européens, c'est très dépaysant ; venez au Vietnam, vous serez émerveillés (et faites un détour au Hula Hula beachfront Phu Quoc) Merci pour tout Toai, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous si nous revenons sur l'île 🥹

Beachfront location, free use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment, crystal clear sea, readily accessible reef. Owner was very helpful and provided lots of advice and assistance.

Swimming pool was green and unusable for three days of our stay

Great place! We had a beach front property so could go snorkelling from our front door. Snorkelling in Vietnam is not as good as in some other places, but being able to just wade in and go snorkelling was great.

The owner and manager Toai is super helpful. He seems to be on call 24/7. We had a little problem with our aircon and he personably came at 09:00 pm to fix it. He helped us with renting motorbikes and once we had a small problem he made sure he got the shop to fix it asap Earlier comments stated that the breakfast was not prepared on the site. In our time Toai himself made Omelette and other food fresh in the restaurant We never had any problem with the nice dogs. There was really good WIFI and Toai responded super fast to WhatsApp The region is not so crowded with tourists which we felt being an advantage We had a great time

Good location, it has beach facing villas that give access to water, swimming and snorkeling

The property doesn’t seem to have a kitchen of its own yet it gives breakfast. Due to this they ask you to fill in a form one day prior to having breakfast of what you would like to eat. If you need anything else, you won’t have it. Secondly, they even ask you to enter a time for breakfast one day in advance, which if you miss even by 30 mins, you will either get not get your breakfast or you would get breakfast that is kept aside in a unhygienic place (was the situation in our case) as we found hundreds of ants crawling out of our breakfast. There is only one person managing most of the stuff at the property. I would advise to hire more people to take care of the day to day management.
