mancarea e diversificata si o mai schimba, pretul este unul bun, in linii mari un raport bun calitate pret Piscina e ok, locatia draguta. Merita mers

Nu se face zilnic curat in camera si nici nu schimba des prosoapele si asternuturile. Si pe holuri e murdar uneori.

-Personalul de la recepție, nota 10 -Personalul de la restaurant care se ocupa cu debarasarea meselor, nota 10 -Mancarea per total ok dpdv al gustului și diversificării..

- Ceștile/paharele de stica aveau numai picături de calcar pe ele și nu păreau deloc ok.. - Folosirea paharelor de unica folosință care se foloseau la barul din hol/restaurant...nu prea făceau onoare unui bar/restaurant-hotel, ci mai degrabă arata ca o cantina a săracilor - Articolele de toaleta erau reprezentate doar de 2 săpunuri mici și hartie igienica...gelul de dus și șamponul lipseau cu desavarsire. Asta ptr ca menajerele nu le mai puneau...!! - Salatele cu roșii , rosiile erau pătate spre stricate...nu inteleg cum atunci când le.au taiat nu au văzut lucrul asta. E adevărat ca puteai alege alte salate, insa nu se pune asa ceva...eram oameni nu animale!!

Чистотата е на ниво.Разнообразие на храна и напитки.Отзивчив персонал.

Слабо покритие на WiFi сигнала на масите до басейна.На няколко пъти се губеше връзката и в стаята 7 етаж.

Location is quite ok. Personnel is polite.

Breakfast and dinner were acceptable to bad. Coffee is the worst coffee I drink in the past 5 years. Bathroom is completely a joke. Lot of insects inside the room.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. The pool was also cleaned every day. We got a sea view room and it was spectacular.

Hot food was taken out too soon, and by the time it was served, it was already cold.

We liked the view that we had and the fact that it was close to the beach (if you don't mind a bit of walking)

There has been a series of issues. First of all, they do have parking places but they are not practical. No matter where you park your car, you will block someone. We have been called to move our car because someone caught between us and another car was not able to leave - mind you we were enjoying a nice dinner when we were called. Therefore, if you choose Detelina, be prepared to be called at any time. We made a complaint - well it was more like a monolog as the staff was unable to provide a valid answer. We opted for only breakfast included and we decided to eat in the evening as well here at Detelina twice. The price for 2 persons was 50 leva which is around 125 RON and the first time we enjoyed food and a drink however, the second time a staff member was agressive and literally grabbed the glasses from our mouths stating that we paid for food, not drinks - only water allowed. What is even sad is that instead of just asking for the money for the drinks he decided to be agressive and throw away the drinks. Waste wins I guess. As for the room we had, we have encountered some issues here as well. The matresses are really uncomfortable - I don't recommend for a long stay. Another major problem was the bathroom and its ventilation. The bathroom, the shower curtain were covered in black mold. As for the ventilation, as soon as we turned it on, there has been a smell that cannot be described easily - a combination of mold and dirt smells. Another note would be on both the guests and the staff. The majority of guests that were staying in the same period as we were, preferred to stay at the hotels' pool and that's alright until you occupy 3-6 places at the pool with towels so that no one else is sitting next to you. The routine was the following: from 7 to 8 AM the places were occupied, between 8 an 10 everyone enjoyed the breakfast and afterwards enjoyed the pool making sure that nobody sits next to stranger/ no one takes their place.

The room was comfortable and clean, I got the sea view room and it was nice.

The food wasn’t good at all.
