Everything was clean and worked.

Personal belongings got stolen. The TV had quite a limited selection of channels. A room service was done, when i explicitly asked not to enter the room.

The included breakfast is very complete with many choices both in food and drink; varied breads and cakes, hams, cheeses, eggs and bacon plus fruits and even veggies along with a coffee machine offering from expresso to drip coffe, and everything in between (cappuccino, etc.)

The room was actually two rooms, one with a sofa bed and the other with a queen (two singles together) BUT the A/C unit was in one of the rooms (the sofabed one) with the expectation that it would cool the other room as well.... suffice it to say we all ended up uncomforable; one freezing while the others were warm. Also while the shower size was appropriate for us (small to medium sized people), the bathroom itself was uncomfortable bc there was no counter space at all, nor was there where to hang bath towels for three people (only one hook available!) or where to place your clothing. Regarding location... not the best for tourists. We enjoy walking but a 40 min walk in debatably not a great area made us regret our choice and the Uber experiences were regretful.

Location was great, few steps from metro/tram and aprox 15 mins by foot from main attractions. Excellent food in the morning, special thanks to vegan options and compy bed and nice akd friendly staff. They even managed to arrange lunch box as we had an early train when we left but due to our late request, we could not actiually got it as we had to leave earlier then the kitchen lady could prepare it for us.

The bathroom faucets were hard to figure out how to use, too modern for us haha

Everything was perfect! Especially thanks for hotel stuff, that help with every thing that I was needed.

The hotel is very close to the metro and 30-40 minutes by walk from the Castle or the city center. The rooms are clean and relatively cheap, and the breakfast is very good... We had a complain that was not handled, but as a compensation they offered us 20% discount for our NEXT stay. Correct!

Our room was very hot, we needed to keep one window open all night. The shower's door was totally ruined and the water did not flow down at all. We asked the hotel to manage it or give us another room, but we got only a promise...nothing happened during our stay and we did not get a new room either.

We have stayed in this hotel for 4 days with family and kids, I would like to add that Hotel is very comfortable, good location from the main sightseeing places of Old city of Prague, and breakfast is very tasty and a lot of choices. Actually, I would like to recommend this hotel in combination with location, comfortable, breakfast, and price. Thank you so much for your efforts and keep going.

Bathroom (shower) could be a bit cleaner, but I guess it’s not the people but equipment that needs to change…

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star. Noise coming from outside, old and shabby design.

It was ok.

We didnt have kettle, coffee in the room. We had to wake up early, couldn't have breakfast, because it starts from 7. 30 We have received only 1 key per room.

The position even if it wasn't super central , it was very well connected.

The room was supposed to be a suite, but it didn't have any door or separate light between bedroom and entrance room, the staff was not always nice and once they forgot the clean towel living us with nothing. The cleaning service was so and so .. they never hover the floor and few times they even do the bed properly.
