Proximity to Plitvice is wonderful.
We stayed on a hot night and would have benefited from AC.

Really nice place, super comfortable and clean. Also had dinner and breakfast here and they were both delicious! It is also super close to entrance 1 for Plitvice Lakes National Park.

The location is perfect, it is isolated from the rest of the city and loud tourists. It is very peaceful and silent, which we loved! All the surroundings are green, there's a forest nearby and you can really feel like you're at a wooden cabin in the mountains.
The room is large and had a terrace.
It is the most picturesque house in the area, for sure. It also had a nice restaurant where we could serve breakfast and dinner. Guests from other houses came to eat here, so this is quite an advantage for the area.
The food was great at dinner, big portions and excellent taste. At breakfast, we felt the lack of vegetables...
All in all, we felt great, the atmosphere is perfect for recharging batteries. The place is close to Plitvice Entrance 1 (5' by car, 30' walking) and has a large parking spot.
The hosts are nice and discreet.
Insects in the room, perhaps they came from outside.
Not 100% clean.
Rust in the shower. Chairs broken.
No soap.
However, we felt so good that these didn't bother us that much.

The owner was really nice, we didn't had cash to pay for our one night stay but he trusted us and on the next day he drove us until the ATM who was almost 2 miles away from the guest house.
The place is really quiet and peaceful, the bedroom is clean and comfortable, we had a great stay.
We didn't had internet connection in our bedroom.

The house is located in very calm and nice area. There is a shared kitchen for usage of guests. You may find all needs like fridge, kettle, knives and forks, plates etc.
Breakfast was not good and the price was too high. I don’t suggest to have it. Guests can use kitchen to prepare their own breakfast.

Hosts are very friendly, they provided us everything we needed and helped us with some good and friendly advices. We were allowed to check in much earlier then expected without any problems.
Not on the luxurious side but definitely very good value for money.

The host was really nice and welcomed us even at 11 at night and left us to do the formalitites the next day.

Wounderfull rural guesthouse, with beautifull surroundings and friendly hosts. You are living right onbthe border of Plitvice National park, so you can ser a lot of wounderfull animals- we have seen owls, buzzards and red deers fairly close to the hotel. If you dont want to drive a round, it is only a 20 min walk to the entrance 1 to the "Touristic" part of the Plitvice NP. Light polution is non existant and its very quiet which also makes the destination perfect for birding.
Their restaurant was closing around 8pm, which meant we never made it back from the fieldwork in the park early enough to have a dinner.

Great location!! Famous place ...at the end of the world :-) ...., near the forest, only three houses, nothing else....but only cca 3 km from the Plitvice lakes. Staff were very pleasant, really very! Comfortable room and beds. Offer of dinners and breakfast was very various. Beautiful girl in restaurant in red t-shirt with text Karlovacko... ;-) Nice views to neighbourhood. Generally very good!
I have no point for complaints... Everything was excellent. I am really satisfied. :-)
