Sie können auf der Veranda sitzen und sehen, hören und riechen den Ozean, während Sie Ihren Kaffee am Morgen genießen. Dies ist unsere zwei Schlafzimmer Strand Wohnung mit Ausziehsofa. Das vordere Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das hintere Zimmer mit zwei neuen Einzelbetten. Es ist großartig für eine Familie! Wir genießen das nautische Thema, mit dem unser Haus verziert ist. Es ist 70 Schritte vom Meer und eine kurze 7 Straßen zum Old Orchard Beach Pier. Es wird sechs bequem schlafen. Wir liefern alle frischen Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Sie sind eine Garage unter und es kann verwendet werden, um ein Auto und einen Platz vorne für ein anderes Auto zu parken. Wir haben Stühle, Boogie Boards und Strand Spielzeug für unsere Gäste zu benutzen. Es gibt einen Gasgrill, der herausgezogen und auch benutzt werden kann. Die Münzwaschmaschine befindet sich im 1. Stock und das Waschmittel wird mitgeliefert.
Wir leben auf einer Sackgasse mit Zugang zum Strand. Wir sind das 3. Haus aus dem Ozean. Es ist weit genug weg von den Massen, um den Sand und das Wasser zu genießen und nahe genug, um in die Innenstadt zu gehen und alle Attraktionen, die Old Orchard Beach zu bieten hat.

The condo is clean and perfectly equipped, this is our second year staying here. It’s great for 5 of us. Ocean views from the porch and the sea air coming through the windows. The garage is a great addition to our stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We had a great week at OOB! The unit was incredibly easy to find, clean and enough space for my kids, mother and I. We loved the outdoor space, especially when the cats next door came to visit. Had a couple hiccups, but the owners were incredibly responsive! Couldn’t have been happier with our week. Thanks for everything!

I've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for over 25 years and this property was one of my favorites to stay in! It's the perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. You're only a minute walk from the beach and about a 5-7 minute walk to the pier. I highly recommend renting this condo!

This property continues to deliver on all marks! Convenient location and just a touch off the beach (while still having views of the beach) hearing the ocean at night makes for a wonderful sound to fall asleep to.
It's close walking distance to the center of Old Orchard beach (the Pier) makes it an ideal place to be. Far enough away to not have the noise of the crowd.
The interior has all the amenities you'd expect at home. From the full kitchen, the shower, smart TV. A great place to relax. Weather spending the day, for those occasional rainy days, or just a place to crash at night after a full day's activity, this has everything we needed.
Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful.
Don't forget to say HI to the neighbor's cats, as they'll surely come over and say hi to you as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. The accommodations and location were key. Walking distance to the pier but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening on the porch. Also, was very easy to get ourselves and gear to the beach just a few steps and we were setting up. Will be back.

Great Location for Family
Had a wonderful week stay here. We were steps away from the beach and loved sitting out on our front porch with a partial ocean view. Cottage was perfect for our family of 3. Short doable walk (even with a preschooler) to the center of town for arcades , rides & a quick bite to eat.
House was clean and comfy with everything we needed!
Neighbors were extremely friendly & our young child loved greeting their cats every day! Neighborhood felt very safe and would absolutely recommend and stay here again since it was a great location to everything & all in walking distance!

Wonderful property. Close enough to the center of everything with just a short walk, yet far enough away to avoid the crowd noise.
From the bedroos to the kitchen and living area, this unit was a wonderful getaway. Wonderfully maintained and with fun decor, out stay was relaxing and fun.
The full kitchen allowed for real breakfasts every morning. (Mmm French toast and bacon) and the fridge had room for our drinks, snacks and the occasional leftover.

Old Orchard Beach trip 2021
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was just the right size for our family of 5. Great location far enough away from center of town but close enought to walk. Beach was 50 yards from unit. We liked the fact that the shower was seperate from the bathroom as well. The year round neighbors were great and we enjoyed the visits of the next door neighbors cats Cricketts and Piper.Dan & Tammi were very reponsive to any questions we had. We definately will look into coming back next year.

Life's a Beach
Dan & Tammy's condo was a great place to spend a week at the beach. When we arrived, my seven year old declared it, "Perfect". The beach is literally a stone's throw away, the outside shower was super handy for getting off the sand, and there were boogie boards, chairs, and other beach stuff free to use in the garage. The condo itself is comfortable, and had everything we needed for our little family to have an enjoyable week. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location!
We spent a week at Dan & Tammy’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great. Close enough to the beach to be able to go back and forth in minutes and the pier was just a short walk down the beach. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs but once you get up there you are rewarded with the view! There is a large covered porch where we ate all of our meals and enjoyed coffee every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Pad and Perfect location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The location was perfect,a 30 second walk to the sand and a 5 minute walk to the pier.The condo was spacious enough and it had all the comforts of home.The fact that we had 2 spots to park and a wonderful deck to enjoy the view was another bonus.Would absolutely come back to this condo.My family LOVED it!

Great location
My husband and I and our 2 young kids had a wonderful week staying here. The location was great - almost right on the beach and just a short walk to the pier and many restaurants - and the condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The kitchen wasn’t as fully equipped as we might have liked (no peeler, no good knives for chopping) but overall it worked well enough for our needs, especially since we ended up eating out a lot. Overall a really wonderful place to stay and enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer!
