Hotel was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was also simple but tasty and still choices to make. Restaurant has what to offer on fair prices versus other places with zero service but sky high prices. It was very clean and actually cleaned (not air flushed with spray for cleanliness).

Location is already problematic due to changed tourist's profile in sozopol/kavatsite. No longer family-friendly resort, very limited free beach zones. Constant music, coming from different sources by beach even at night and/or from tourists around. Playground in hotel's garden is suitable for children up to 3 years max.

We definitely enjoyed our stay even though we had little problem with our accommodation. The hotel is located near beach Kavaci. This aria of Sozopol is more peaceful and not that overly crowded like in the actual city.

The breakfast needs some improvements on the choice.

Cosy hotel, great to bring your kids and family. Comfortable room, cable + smart TV so you can enjoy your fav shows on a bigger screen. Beach was super close, like 5 minute walk. There were 2 options: 1) You can go down the stairs, and be immediately at the beach (3 min) 2) You can take a slightly longer walk to the beach and be there after like a 5-7 minute walk, medium paced. Friendly staff, always happy to help.

There were a few things I did not like, but they did not ruin our vacation. However, it might ruin yours. So here goes: 1) There's no separate shower room, you had to shower near the toilet and possibly get everything wet. The drain was in the middle and most likely it was clogged since the water was all over the place. 2) The restaurant seating wasn't enough at breakfast time. We noticed that 2 hotels are actually eating there, but it was designed only for one. So, if you're a heavy sleeper or just like to stay in bed longer. You might be out of luck finding a place to sit at 9:30 till 10. Last day we had to eat on a bench. 3) Restaurant food was....acceptable. Let's say, the price did not meet the expectations. After a couple of tries, we decided to go to the town and eat there, wasn't an issue for us since we had our car with us, but if you don't have one and don't like long walks - you might be in trouble. As it's quite a walk to the decent restaurants on the main beach of Sozopol.

Location was okay.

The staff serving the breakfast was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were told that the breakfast is until 10 o’clock, however at 9:30 there was no food, and they were refusing to refill. They were also making fun of us, because we wanted to use our discount provided from the reception. The room had no privacy at all, as it was on the main passage, and the bathroom had windows looking towards the reception.

The hotel and room was lovely

Times on the pool, unable to go for a swim before breakfast swim times 10 am - 6 pm

Location is good, breakfast was ok, but don’t go there last as not big choice is left.

We had the smallest room available close to reception with bathroom windows looking towards reception, it’s not worth the money, no privacy, very small size.

Too noisy, no control in the late hours, allowing guests to stay in the pool area and making noise after midnight.
