Location is absolutely unbeatable. Close to everything in Arequipa. Staff is really nice and it’s worth what you pay for. You can also use the kitchen here.

The bathroom floor is really slippery and if they put anti slip plastic it would feel safe. The surfaces to enter the rooms and kitchen are pretty uneven. It’s easy to stumble. Breakfast is pretty basic. Rooms have a huge window on top that swallows light so it’s pretty easy to wake up early even if you don’t want to.

Nous avons séjourné ici à 2 reprises soit 4 nuits en tout. Toutes les nuits, des clients faisaient du bruit, impossible de dormir. La personne présente h24 à l'accueil ne disait absolument rien !! Honteux. Aucun geste commercial proposé malgré nos plaintes. Le petit Dejeuner existe : premier matin il y avait de la confiture et les 3 suivants, nous avons demandé et personne n'en avait acheté donc cela se résume à pain, beurre, un jus, un œuf au plat OU une tranche de jambon et de fromage. Surtout n'achetez pas les gaufres proposées surle rooftop, elles sont immondes (surgelées et réchauffées au micro onde).

Good location. Comfy bed. Wifi was good. Showers good. Breakfast adequate. Supermarkets and restaurants super close.

They will squeeze 4 people into a 4 person dorm while there are other dorms with no people inside. I understand it is another bathroom that needs to be cleaned but maybe an exception here and there.

I didn’t feel well in the room because it didn’t look fresh. Very high ceiling. I felt like in a monastery. Many steps everywhere.
