Suggest to take a train to the property, after crossing the road, follow the ascending unit no and you will find the apartment. It’s an annex to the main beautiful house where the owner mother lives, she is pretty nice to us! The shops closed early and some nights, we will need to cook for our dinner in a full service kitchen. The property is walking distance to the breach and we had a nice walk after the dinner. Do bring along your ear plug if you are a light sleeper! The neighbourhood has a lot of nice people around but they may not speak English. The lady at the train station was extremely friendly and helpful! She explained to us clearly on how to recharge our travel card clearly! It’s about 40 minutes or more to the main attractions but we selected this property to free ourselves from the pickpockets in the city and we nearly got into their hand when visiting the city metro station!

Just a note for the traveler: Do bring along all your toiletries.

Hospitality Location Flexibility Cleanness + we received breakfast as a present for the first day as we arrived after midnight. It was really nice of the lendlady.

No washing up liquid, little handwashing liquid Noisy as next to the main road ( but that is why it is close to public transport, groceries and seaside which is an advantage!)

Everything is great. Maria the host is really pleasant, Apartment is huge, very comfy for two people especially for couples. Kitchen has everything you need, for any possible meal that you can imagine. You have 2/3 big markets and 2/3 smaller in nearby. Also you won't get more sea anywhere in Barcelona as you got in Premia de Mar. Train station is also 200m from the apartment so you can reach Barcelona easy. In the summary we had really great time and we will come again for sure!

Bathroom door is cabin like, there is a hole on the bottom like in a cabin toilet which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Also, although the train station is in nearby if you are not well experienced with metro systems in general you may find it hard for travelling and commuting in first few days so count more time in your schedule when sightseeing. If main reason for your visit is sea, rather than touristic sights, than you are in the perfect spot. Just to mention nothing wrong and it is not a mistake from the apartment but rather from Booking that doesn't single out those things.

It was a superb location, over looking the sea, with easy access to the train station, places for food, corner shops, taxi. Clean linen provided. Lovely hostess Maria. Beautiful garden view.

Nothing

The apartment is spacious and very clean. All amenities, e.g. washing-dryer machine, iron, iron board, kitchen stuff, are available. Warm water works perfectly. It is located next to a train station. To Barcelona you will go in 35 min. You can park your car next to the apartment on a gated parking lot that belongs to the premises. The landlady is lovely, helpful and generous. We enjoyed 5 nights here very much.

The holder for the shower head was fixed with tape and could be replaced.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious enough for the 3 of us which good bathroom , comfortable beds and adequate kitchen facilities for cooking meals. You can here the noise from the road , this didn’t affect our stay but may not be great for light sleepers ( just lake some ear plugs) We would definitely go again
