Large and comfortable apartment close to the arts District. The host let me have an early check in which was nice.

Finding the apartment was nearly impossible (even my taxi driver struggled) and check-in was not great as the host provided very little instructions. The apartment is in a residential complex and there is no signage or instructions on how or where to check in and get the keys (no one in the complex could help either). I had to wait 3 hours for the host to reply to my booking messages. I do recommend staying here, just make sure you get very clear check in instructions beforehand with images showing where to go.

The apartment was not really clean. Especially the bathroom. Molded shower. Pretty new apartment but pity wasn’t really well maintained.

The apartments are in a big building, and it seems mixed residential and services rooms. It's clean and decent for local standards.

The "reception" for collecting the keys is in the middle of the building on main street, however, this is now a coffee shop with a very tiny sign from Ring Service Apartments. I passed it 4 times until they came out and asked me if I was searching for them...

Hotel environment clean, room layout can be described as perfect, elegant and do not lose emotional appeal, thoughtful service, let a person very comfortable. Gave me a sense of home, no matter big to small are so impeccable, the price is very reasonable.

- Breakfast was supposed to be included. It wasn't provided There was no mention of it when I arrived either. I searched all 6 floors for it in the morning but there was none. Even checked the basement. - Forced to pay deposit despite NO indication on booking.com - NO ONE at place when I arrived. (thankfully security guard had their number. Unprofessional. Arrived at 7pm. Asked for later check out next day to be 4pm and guy just kept my deposit, so Im pretty sure he's making a lot of extra money on that scam.

Apart from ability to provide kitchen facilities, the staff were friendly and in very limited English offered advice.

More of a hotel room with a washing machine/microwave than an apartment. Very limited facilities ... No cutting/chopping knives .. a couple of old scratched pans - was told I needed to go out and buy my own.
