Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Der Blick (18. Etage) ist einfach fantastisch.

Location close to Sanlitun so a lot of shops and restaurants around. Also food breakfast and the staffs are very polite. Rooms are comfy and clean. Also has view of Beijing
The bath is huge and they only give a very small bag of bath salt.

Loved the location, the cleanliness and the comfort.
Daniel was most helpful at breakfast, couldn’t do enough. Also Tomas, King and Oscar were extremely helpful and polite.
We just had one disappointing event and that was at your Char restaurant on our last evening. Our server was excellent but was the only one who could understand us. The food was wonderful but the kitchen staff forgot the potato wedges with 2 of 3 of the mains. We had to request that steak dishes be returned until potatoes cooked ! Waiting staff not attentive we had to call for attention. Other than that I would 100% recommend your hotel.

Beautiful and right in the heart of Sanlitun. Bedroom was gorgeous with lots of amenities, comfortable bath, lovely shower and bed.
I just feel like in Beijing you can get so much better for cheaper. The Jen Hotel which is not far away puts the service here to shame. Club lounge food very limited here.

The Concierge Service was incredible and so helpful. The room was rather esoteric and I liked that. Entering the room through the bathroom was refreshingly original.
No real facilities for wining and dining in the area. Slowboat was a reasonable outlet and Schillers although this was a little far. I was not there for shopping so the mall opposite was of no use to me.

Loved our stay at Intercontinental Beijing. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful large rooms and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were so professional and very helpful. Location was right in the centre of everything you need, so conveniently located. I would definitely stay at InterContinental again.

The food is really not 5 start hotel level. It’s disappointing that the hotel didn’t notify the 3rd platform about its renovation of fitness center and spa.

The facilities and the location are good.
Very poor service for a 5-star hotel. Can’t believe it was executive level service. I requested a extra set of quilt but been told they ran out. Told me to send the extra set the other day but never received. Bath lotion is running out as well but no refill.

the closure between the bathroom and sleeping area is frosted glass, which means if another person is sleeping when you wake up, you can not turn on lights anywhere in the room without disturbing other's sleep.

Shower gel and breakfast were great
Staff was friendly and professional
felt unsafe the whole time in public areas. Many customers did not wear a covid mask although they are officially compulsory in hotels in Beijing

The breakfast was just ok. It seemed it was mostly pre-prepared and not to order.
More healthy options like oatmeal with dried fruits, rather than cupcakes.

Both went above and beyond solving our issues.
Our room was not ready, we were tired and the baby cranky and crying. But Willing gave us support, comfort, and solutions over solutions
Nacho instead went in search for cake and flowers for our anniversary even though it was late in the afternoon
Amazing support
The cleaning part. I had to call cleaning stuff more then once before getting the room clean. In other hotel the moment i step out in the morning they clean it immediatelly.
Also small things like the garage bin under the desks or the humidifier replenishment. Small stuff
