I loved how the whole place was and the ambience. It was great except for one part where I didn't like the people checking me in.

The people who were there checking me in were passing comments on us when we checked in late at night. That's so unprofessional and seems kind of backward thinking for an amazing place like this.

All amenities were out of use for maintenance for a month and I was not allowed to cancel booking, they did not give any compensation nor let me get my money back and go to another hotel. Both booking.com and this hotel did not help after either

I was stayed 3 days here but it was worst experience in Chennai . Totally Money waste. Check in was very delay,only 1 person available for such big facility. Room cleaning was not done even after 4 time calling. Room Cleaning available till 5PM Water dispenser put in room instead of water bottle, water was spreading on floor due to this. Reception staff is not available to attend calls. Breakfast & Dinner buffet has very limited options. Many Good Hotels available at this price.

Change reception staff & put extra manpower Ro cleaning is basic hygiene that need to maintain.

The room was very ill appointed with bad furniture. Even after repeated requests, I did not get a decent chair. The TV was malfunctioning. One remote was missing.

What’s not to like. The hospitality, rooms, location, food, bar.... love everything about this property

Room size.

Reception staffs were standing and doing their daily tasks which is not acceptable and inhumane. There are no chairs provided for them as well. I felt it very stupid.
