スタッフ（特にドアマン、清掃の方、朝食会場の方）の対応がとても良く、ロビーはすごくいい香りがしていました。ホテルの立地が大きなモールにも近く徒歩で行けたのでとても助かりました。

敢えていうとバスタブがあれば良かったかと‥（バスタブ付きの部屋もあるかもしれませんが）あと金曜の夜だけ？クラブでパーティがあったのか、6階まで音が響いていたのでそこは音を小さくしてほしかったです。

Could have had a complimentary breakfast

Im going to be a regular at the Taj Clubhouse. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There is really well curated art in the common areas and the gym was equipped with all the necessary equipment. Will use the pool the next time I stay at the clubhouse.

Excellent location, excellent facilities and great staff. Some of the great staff members include Front office - Santhiya, Martha, Usman, Puja, Shrishti and others Clubhouse - Karthik, Marudhu, Nikita and Vicky and others The flautist Venkataraman Security - Shivalik and Uttam Housekeeping - Subhajit and others I just love their breakfast spread!

Breakfast

What an absolute nightmare! Booking this hotel was a huge mistake, hoping for a pleasant stay but ending up in a frustrating ordeal. The hotel had inconsistent rates across different websites, making it impossible to book a room with breakfast. After calling their reservations team, I was advised to book the room for INR 6300 and add breakfast for INR 1300 for my family. However, after booking, I was told I’d need to pay INR 1300 per person, totaling INR 5200 plus tax—more than the room itself! The staff was unhelpful, arguing that I made the mistake. Because I booked through Booking.com, I was treated poorly and had to argue with the duty manager, who eventually found a rate between breakfast and dinner, ignoring any discounts. He even argued that my 14-year-old was an adult, making the booking invalid. I was exhausted and agreed to pay INR 9000 just to end the hassle. Upon check-in, we were treated like criminals, asked to produce passports, visas, and IDs, which took almost an hour. The staff showed no sympathy for our situation. After finally getting to our room, it wasn’t worth the hype. We called for fruits at 7 PM, but they didn’t arrive until 11 PM after numerous calls. The restaurants and bar were deserted, and the prices were outrageous. The staff didn’t even know what a pint size was! The next morning, we were reprimanded for not having full swimming gear at the pool. Breakfast was the only decent part, with a good selection of items. Thankfully, check-out was smooth. In summary, avoid this hotel unless you’re prepared to follow every rule or have plenty of cash to burn. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was a complete disaster!

Staff and service. Worst for taj group. Very slow service and they are focusing on money than service. Bar was supposed to open until 3am. However, was closed and shut by 11:26pm. No one was there to sort out anything. However for check they were keep calling from 12pm non stop until I check out. Should have shown with rest of the service

As per online uploaded photos of the room, was expecting a bigger bathroom, it was bit congested and small. So I did not liked the bathroom, it is quite small.
