Everything! The staff are the most attentive I have ever come across. They were all kind, helpful and approachable and their customer service is the best of any hotel I have ever visited. The suite was clean, practical, spacious and well furnished and we loved the city view. We had to check out at 2a.m. and we were provided with a packed breakfast, which we had chosen the day before - it felt like everyone was working their utmost to make our stay comfortable and to provide us with a personal service.

A few more loungers round the pool would be nice. On our first day, there was another family there so all 4 loungers were already taken. It would also be a nice touch if guests were automatically brought water whilst sitting round the pool, and a little plate of fruit would be a nice surprise. One last thing - as part of our package we were offered a free 15-minute foot massage but my daughter had sore mosquito bites on her feet and didn't want them to be touched. We requested that maybe she could have a hand or head massage instead, but this was refused so she missed out.

It was my last night in India after have spent the last 3 weeks in Malaysia and Indonesia, glad to have choosen this hotel. staff was incredible, buffet for breakfast amazing, the room and the amenities super super good. less than 10 minutes driving to the airport, which in Chennai is a total gain! next time I´ll totally stay here, I love it

Should be more flexible at the reception. I stayed 1.5 days and was charged 2 days.

The ambience and the receptive staff of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is very near to the airport especially for those who have connecting flights the following days.

The house-keeping staffs should be briefed and trained adequately. We noticed that these staffs had entered our room despite the “don’t disturb” sign was ON. This kind of behaviour of the staff must be completely avoided to sustain the reputation of the hotel.

Hotel was fine but the booking. Com taxi service was terrible. It as late and I had to find another taxi to take me from the airport to the hotel.

Location & room aesthetics

Staff dint seem to care about the brand reputation, starting from the front desk to the team at the restaurant. “Guided” Google reviewed while the family was still on the table & non functional printers during checkout. Honestly, barring the executive suite, everything seemed sub standard & not worth the money. Extremely disappointed.

The stay was awesome and the front office help Mr. Roshan was very prompt. The Service personnel Ms. Sushree was really good at explaining how things work and she was very accommodating for all my needs. Look forward to staying in the hotel again for a stay in Chennai. The in house restaurant Ministry of chutney houses an excellent Buffet.

Great service and staff - very attentive and go above and beyond to be accommodating of requests. Hotel is clean, modern and luxurious. Buffet and food selection is very good - kitchen staff are great and conscious of food allergies and not only this but went to the effort of cooking something special that wasn’t on the menu! The small touches are really amazing for example the chocolates on the pillow, warm drink before bed, special pillow and fragrance choice for the room. Appreciate the airport transfers as well! The hotel feels also very inviting and personable, I would highly recommend to stay here solo, in a couple or as a group.

Tablets for room service aren’t the best, software is outdated. This is a very minor detail, the experience in general was a 10/10.

Packed Breakfast. Fruit-juice container leaked and paper bag was torn and food items dropped. luckily i had news paper with me used same for temporary rescue and later on shifted to my hand bag. some better arrangement of packed breakfast.

Hôtel haut de gamme, tout était bien, rien à redire ! Délicieux et copieux buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Etant arrivé en pleine nuit, fatigué, difficile de m'y retrouver avec tout le système électronique de la chambre : comment éteindre cet écran qui se rallume sans cesse, comment fermer les rideaux... Heureusement qu'il était possible d'appeler ! Personnel compétent et serviable ;-)

Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that many of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. Many of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did manage to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

Wish I could’ve stayed longer

Breakfast, location, pool, room, and service is incredible. All the staff wants to take care of your requests and please you. They gave me an extended stay for 4 hours, for free, even though the hotel was fully booked. I am speechless.
