Magnificent view

Very old building, very poorly set out, kitchen obviously moved many times. Very poor contents plates cutlery etc. Very poor parking for standard sized vehicles

This place is all about the location. The views are spectacular, and the beach is just a 2 min walk out the back

Pretty tired place with the TV inputs all rusty and none of the HDMI inputs working. The maintenance of the place is pretty average with myself required to buy batteries for the 2nd bedroom fan remote, the kitchen clock and the TV remote. The tea towel provided was useless, no dishcloth and the provisions are average e.g. two sugar sticks provided for 4 people for 3 days.

Amazing waterfront view. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated.

Had to make own beds. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry need update. Very narrow car parks. 4 flights of stairs.

View was outstanding, kitchen well equipped.

Check in process was too complicated. Rude staff. Mould in property and dust caused asthma which made us leave a day early. Building shook each time a wave hit the beach. No refund for first night that we could not make due to emergency.

Dish washer didn't work. Toilet in car park leaking

Excellent views

Amazing location, super views of Port Stephens / Tomaree Headland and adequate facilities.

For the amount of money charged for this property, I would have expected a more comfortable bed (bad mattress, doona made our skin itchy), more modern facilities (i.e. TV) and slightly more refined touches (e.g. globes in lamps were all burnt out upon arrival).
