Located in lovely green space, the hotel has large rooms with views of grass , trees and golf course. It’s close to the town of Louth with all its amenities, and a short drive from Cadwell Park circuit.
The public areas are dull, and the restaurant not very interesting. Car parking is tight close to the hotel, though there is overflow parking a short walk away.

Room was brilliant, plenty of space, a fan to keep the room cool and really comfy twin beds. The meals were very good and high quality.
The curtains didn't fit fully and hung off the rail in the middle making it difficult to close properly.

Food was excellent and lovely garden

Our 3rd time here. Excellent situation, lovely Staff and Grounds. Spacious Room with a Bath and Shower, Big TV too. Great Breakfast selection, especially the Sausages !! Good Dinner Menu and sensible Wine prices, Bar in a nice position - outside seating with a lovely view. We will be back.
All good.
4.1
Really nice hotel with lovely surroundings but I am not too keen on buffet breakfasts and there was no choice of eggs just rather hard fried eggs. The evening menu was OK but I found it hard to see anything that I was particularly keen on. Settled on the sirloin steak which was fine.
Shower could have had a shelf in it as there was nowhere to put your soap or shampoo.

spiders in the room, no curtains in the bed, a lot dust on the top of bed frame

Nice location with good facilities all the staff were very friendly and helpful
There was a bit of noise coming from the bar area which could be heard in our room

Property has lovely grounds and a really good swimming pool area.
Walking into the hotel it has a lovely entrance.
Restaurant on site was really handy.
Our room was very dated and doesn’t match the rest of the hotel. Needs an re-fresh./ refit.
Found the bed rather hard and the fabric on the pillows scratchey.

Everything was good .Our granddaughter particular likes the pool.
A disappointing evening meal .I had the burger and the quality of the beef used wasn’t nearly as good as the year before when we came. Also the chicken nuggets again were disappointing.Processed chicken compared with 100% chicken the year before. Maybe it would be worth looking at suppliers .

Relaxing and set in beautiful grounds. Room with a view on the ground floor. Lovely pool.
Spiders in room but only an issue because I can’t stand them.
4.1
Pool and steam rooms relaxing and tegreshing
Room given had workmen in it, moved to another room with two single beds
Also when at breakfast, I was informed it was not included, this was not pointed out when I checked in.
However I paid as soon as I finished. breakfast I went to reception and duly paid. I went back to the table and collected my wife went back to our room to collect baggage, upon. heading for the exit, a waitress accused me of trying to leave without payment for breakfast. I checked with reception if there was anything more to pay, no was the answer.
As a senior citizen I was disgusted, it certainly ruined our day.

Staff are friendly and the bar is open for a late drink if you are arriving into the evening. Good access for cadwell park.
Unfortunately we arrived fairly late in the day and the restaurant was closed and given it was good Friday there wasn't much open to deliver (literally one option). We were there for a track day at cadwell the next day and has been told to park on the grass as had trailer and van, however we (coming from Kent to Lincolnshire) hadn't realised how much it has rained the previous few days and although when parking up all seemed fine, in the morning we were stuck in the mud! There was no one at the hotel able to help and we were told to ring a local recovery firm to tow us out.... £150 later we were pulled the 6ft from the parking grass to the road.
Hotel wise, it is a little dated and the rooms and bathrooms could do with a refurb, they are generally clean and tidy, but the bathroom for example has filler and grout where over the years they have changed fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms are similar and have had the off lick of paint, but feel dated. Beds are comfy though.

lovely hotel, lovely grounds and facilities
we were given Room 301 right above the kitchens it was extremely noisy I could hear all the staffs conversations, plates clattering, machine’s going it was impossible to sleep
4.1
Great location for all the places we had planned to visit. The pool was lovely. The bed was as we requested, firm.
Our first room was too hot, even with a fan. They very kindly moved us to a room with air conditioning. The breakfast was good if you ordered something fresh like scrambled eggs, otherwise it was laid out uncovered to get cold and not very hygienic !!

Large room with good, clean bathroom. Quiet location with view of golf course.
Nice, friendly staff.
Parking is poor. Rooms can be a long way from reception. Restaurant lacking in ambience and food variable.

The staff were all very pleasant and professional, going that bit extra. The whole stay was pleasant and views were delightful. The breakfast was another feature worth mentioning especially the two ladies running the breakfast room. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the main points is I felt ill due to low blood sugar so one of them fetched me some delicious fruit, a glass of orange juice, topping it off with a biscuit. They were both busy so I offer up my heartfelt thanks. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Everything was excellent. I would be lying if I said something was wrong.

Bed was very comfy. Spacious Rooms. Very clean in the rooms.
The waiting time for the dinner was super slow. Waited 1 hour before we even saw our main. Then the following night 40 minutes before we saw a drink at the table.

the hotel is set in a beautiful setting, being able to have access to the leisure facilities was great. All the staff were very pleasant. And the breakfast was very nice and a good variety.
The room was a little tired and would benefit from a bit of modernisation. usb sockets would have been useful.
