Comfortable beds, nice room and lovely breakfast.

Far too hot. Opened the window when we arrived around 4pm, left open, came back after dinner around 9:30, room was still incredibly hot, asked the reception if heating could be turned down and he suggested we opened the window........note in bathroom about their eco friendly policies and yet heating on 24/7 in the summer ......

The hotel and rooms are well maintained although it is an old building. The breakfast was really good, they served a lot of fresh fruits, which we really appreciated.

The hotel is a bit far from the main street of El Calafate. The walls are really thin and there was a lot of niose from other customers. We found a bit expensive the room for the value it offered.

The walk into town is a little sketchy. It's probably totally safe, but it is poorly-lit and a little bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable and clean room. Staff upon check in were welcoming and helpful with questions I had about transfers to the airport. Breakfast was a nice spread. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and a small market. I also walked there in 15 minutes from the bus terminal. There was an issue I had with someone smoking in the room next to me (which is not allowed) and when I notified the front desk they took care of the issue right away.
