The hotel is very kid friendly, the play room is amazing :) We had an amazing time at the hotel. We will definitely come back

When I reserved the room, I asked for an extra bed for my son, but when we arrived there wasn’t any in the room. My son is 2,5 years old, but very tall, he doesn’t fit into the baby bed anymore. We had to pay extra 20€/night for a camping bed, but we weren’t informed beforehand.

Spa zone is really great, there’s a lot of different type of saunas, swimming pool and pond!

Atlantis offers nice facilities for activities swimming pool, jacuzzi and grill parc. Remote location but near Brno. Very kind and professional staff. Qualify of breakfast and dinner was very good as well and Atlantis has a creative kitchen team!

A really wonderful hotel with an excellent spa facility, delicious food, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent value for money. Was a stop over on the way back to the airport but I would definitely return and stay for longer.

Most staff absolutely fantastic, a couple a little offhand. Seemed annoyed I couldn't speak Czech The others were great

- Rooms do not have balcony, if this is wellness hotel, you have no space where to dry your towels, swimsuits etc

Wellness is very pretty. Internal pool is warm, ideal for little kids. Playground is nice and play room is very big and well equipped.

Service. All staff members were confused. Not knowing much. Guy at reception did not even know how to reach our room, so we were on room hunt. We got room accessible only by stairs, despite of fact we had requested bed for kid under 1 year old. Luckily after request they moved us. In restaurant you wait a lot despite of empty restaurant, you wait over 1 hour in rush hour for salat. Elevator is very small, if you have a big stroller you will not fit.

The wellness is an amazing place

Very interesting, modern complex including hotel, wellness, congress centre and casino just outskirts Brno, located on a green hill, providing a nice view and peaceful, green environment. The hotel, wellness, staff, facilities have highly exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money; we are surely going back again.

This was such a beautiful and peaceful getaway spot. My husband and I loved the saunas and the outdoor pools. The Breakfast was excellent! This is a good place to come and stay for a few days. We limited travel to Brno to either early morning or the evening and spent at least 5 hours a day dedicated to enjoying the saunas and pool.

I did find that the room we had was not very clean, had a bit of an odd smell. Later in our stay we thought that it may have been due to fresh paint in the hotel, but it was still strong.

No air conditioning and got told they would fix it..! Never happened..!

Breakfast choices - great

The wellness was excellent! Rooms were clean. Overall silent area, close to Brno and to other attractions around. For a reasonable price.

The waitress ignored us even if we were on time to order a dinner (21:00). We decided to go to McDonalds to Brno. However, the food was delicious in general, breakfast also ok.

Beautiful place, great spa. Breakfast is really nice. I can definitely recommend.

Beds were really comfortable and unfortunatelly we came a bit too late to go to wellness - wellness looked really nice on photos. we took advantage of check out at 11oclock and get proper nap after breakfast. Breakfast a lot of choice, nothing special, but good. Loved the shower and comfy beds, nice location with parking, late check in and late checkout and option of wellness in the house.

Clean, nice location and good food.

Had another night booked here but decided to sacrifice the deposit and just book a different place after the first night. Staff at the restaurant made an impression of being bothered by having to serve the guests. Food was nice tho, so it was really a pity. Walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything. And while I enjoy a cold shower when I decide to have one, I’d prefer to have also an option to enjoy a running hot water when staying at a hotel (problem was fixed eventually but I was already checking out by then). Mind the description, too - booking over the platform means you only get limited access to the wellness - something the receptionist said 90% of people don’t notice and get upset about upon arrival (I mean, why not do something about it when you know it’s a problem?). Right after I left, my booking was marked as a no-show, perhaps so I don’t share my review, or maybe it was just an honest mistake, I don’t know. What I do know is I’m gonna avoid this place next time I’m around Brno.
