A wonderful experience overall. The property boasts a lovely pool, accompanied by an equally delightful staff, both at the reception and the poolside bar. The balconies are notably spacious, and the parking arrangement is remarkably convenient. The gym, while not expansive, is adequately equipped and spacious enough for a comprehensive workout. A super easy, direct, and short route to the old town city center is an added convenience. This is a place my family and I will remember with great fondness.

Excellent breakfast in the very nice cellar restaurant. Good location walking distance to restaurants. Excellent secure parking in the inner ward.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Outstanding breakfast, cleanliness. Also large and secure parking lot right next to the hotel.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable and the location is somewhat strange, but it is very close to the city centre.

The room was clean, roomy with well equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel is concenient should you like to get to the children hospital by foot. The gym seems to be very good.

the website promotes, wifi, TV, restaurant. During our stay the wifi was very poor, the TV did not work, we complained the first day and they were unable to fix it during our 5 days stay. The restaurant was open till 2pm only so no chance for evening drink or dinner at the hotel. We were offered free Taxi to their other restaurant. The hotel is located in not particulary "safe" location of Brno. You might be scared to walk out in the evening. However if you plan on staying inside, you have nothing to worry about.

large space in kitchen living area could do with a Sofa outside cigarette butts not cleaned up no shower in the bathroom other than in the bath with no screens or wall attachment had to be hand held unable to shower no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms no curtains on windows letting light in in the morning. we got there at 10 to 3 and couldn’t check in we went into the centre got back at 5:30 and we queued outside for 1.20 mins to check in!! the location sucks! it’s a good 15/20 mins walk along a very dismal frightening road where there are plenty of dogs poo and drunken people. very frightening!

good sized room, plenty of hot water and a well appointed kitchenette- perfect for a few nights away

the restaurant… we were given a welcome drink voucher on arrival. unfortunately the barman didn’t make us feel very welcome.

Wonderful staff, great rooms, located very close to the city center. Great value for money, my room was well-equipped and neat! The restaurant downstairs is quite good as well.

Wish I could stay longer!

Good restaurant with great breakfast. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable, but furniture and elevator feel cheap and in need of repairs.

There is a lot of birds pooing on the balcony. The neighbourhood is dirty with a lot of bad people, but it is a short walk to the city center amd in the evenings, ypu can take a free taxi to center offered by the hotel.

Modern hotel close to the center, it's bar is pretty cool, the rooms are very comfortable with kitchen, everything is nice and workers are kind.

Very good hotel almost in the centre of Brno. Very clean, nice staff, huge room with a kitchenette. They have a storage room for bikes. Breakfast is exceptionally good.

The hotel is very new and looks quite luxurious considering the area it's located. The room us very spacious and has all one needs for a few nights. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. Plenty of towels.

The restaurant was supposed to be open 7 days a week but the kitchen was closed on Sunday, they were only able to serve some snacks.

no hangers in the closet no shower curtain in the bathroom and the hot water ran out very quickly no shampoo (only hand soap)
