Výborná lokalita, příjemné slečny v restauraci, moc hezký pokoj, velká okna, pohodlná postel a úžasná snídaně!

The room was cozy, with many lovely paintings with Brno. The instructions and recommendations for lunch/dinner and breakfast were included, which surprised me. I recommend this place to stay maybe for more than one night and you can use the bikes (from nextbike as I did) or the trams to reach the city center.

I didn't notice that I had to select a schedule for the check-in and wait around 20 minutes in front of the check-in until I received the pin code (which was also different from the pin code received, of the booking). However, I had the keys after completing this, and everything went smoothly.

It was clean and had all the necessities.

No reception, had trouble getting key code for check in time. Managed to get it 40 minutes later no apologies for keeping me on a street. No answer to my message on booking com.

Our room was a bit cold

There was a ante-room and there were many connectors.

Unfortunately I had two big problems. I booked the room with double room I wrote a email too but finally they gave the room only one bed. They didn't answer me for my email and I couldn't delete my order for free. I feel cheated by this. Another big problem was that the heating didn't work when we arrived. There wasn't reception all the informations and the codes to the room got by sms. I call them but no answer. Finally I called the booking customer service and they helped me. The booking called the host too and finally the host sent a mechanic and two hours later when we returned to the hotel our problem has been resolved. Our first day in the hotel wasn't easy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff is really nice, bed's comfortable, room's clean.

The place just somehow gives a very cold and empty feeling. It's not that the furniture is old or anything is broken, it's just as if there's no homeliness at all. Have to say that the pictures gave a very different impression. Also location is crap.

One of the few truly quiet rooms I have ever stayed at. Check-in was fairly easy.

To whoever travels by car: there is no free parking. The process of paying for the parking is really annoying and requires quite a lot of google'ing. On the street that takes you to the house there are unmarked speed bumps which are hard to notice (atleast in the dark). The fridge was noisy and didn't really cool it's contents.

Its great - has all your basic needs without any fuss, near tram stops and coffee shops. Very clean.

Reaching the staff is difficult.
