The location is absolutely perfect, the receptionist is amazing and kind, the room has a large comfy bed, a fridge and even a TV, toaster and microwave. And the best part is: the bathtub is a jacuzzi. The parking is in the internal courtyard and easily accessible.

The location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We had a toaster and a water kettle in the room and free coffee/tee, which was really good in the morning.:)

The fridge was sometimes loud at night.

It said there is the possibility to prepare coffee in the apartment but there was just a kettle and no device to make coffee (I brought my own coffee powder) besides of this everything was awesome though - still 10/10

I like the privacy and location.

I was in apartment 2 and there was a bad smell from the bathroom sink. Both the shower and sink had blockage issues which needs to be attended to.

Clean and a good amount of space. Staff were friendly. Apartments location was good and ultimately did the job for one night.

We only stayed the one night but to be honest I'm glad of that. The main issue really was the beds weren't very comfy. The mattresses could do with an upgrade in quality for what you pay. We were also surprised and disappointed at how thin the walls seemed to be. Either that or the person next door has bat like hearing. I know people in the apartments are expected to be quiet after 10pm but having to whisper at 11pm in our own apartment felt a bit ridiculous and restrictive. Value wasnt great considering that, on moving on to Prague, we got an apartment of much better size/comfort/location 30% cheaper. Although I appreciate we didn't book this apartment until a week before departure so cost wasn't ever going to be a great deal. Overall, I should say that for a short stay it did its job. I've stayed in much better places but also much much worse! On a side note - It's not the apartments fault but the whole experience wasn't great in Brno as there wasn't much worth seeing or doing in our opinion. The whole area was dead, no one around at all times of day, and if you stray 100m from the outskirts of the very centre you find a very poor town with sporadic shops selling nothing of real importance. The simple basics from a shop were hard to come by with mini marts few and far between for a small town. We travelled in the beginning of October so I would expect it to be on the quiet side. Just not empty restaurants, bars and streets all evening quiet! Even during the morning and afternoon it wasn't exactly buzzing. It felt that a town on a siesta all day. If that's what you are after then brno is for you of course. For us, we weren't looking for masses but having people around you definitely changes the buzz of places in our opinion.

The apartment in the city center, in a noisy street with the tram, but my apartment overlooked the garden. The apartment spacious, clean, well equipped.

A coffee machine will be appreciated. The bed is hard. The cover is small. Apparently, it's traditional in Czech.

Good location and very helpful/friendly staff who helped with key collection. City centre is a short walk away and most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance (Spilberk, 10z bunker, Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, city centre, etc.)

Very small room and the pictures on booking.com were a bit misleading.

Not too far away from train station. Quite a convenient location to the Old Town. Good if you want to make a quick stop at Brno on your way to Vienna. It comes with a jacuzzi bathtub in the shower!

The bathroom blinds could use a replacement - getting little privacy with them.

Apartment was clean and host very accommodating. Kitchenette did not have a cooking facility, but hostess immediately supplied as with electric cooktop.

I loved this stay: the apartment comfort, style, location, plus it is run by some very nice people. Will stay again!

The host was very nice and helpful, showed us the apartment, and she was living close(at the same floor), so if we needed any help we could call anytime! The windows were looking towards a nice quiet yard.

The location is great near the city center. The private parking close to apartment for 8 euros. Pet is allowed without any additional fee. The staff is friendly.

Hard to find a place where you can park a car for check-in until get the parking card.

Clear and bright apartment. There is everything for comfortable staying. The place is perfect, 5 minutes walking to any point in the center. The tram station is near the apartment.

we really enjoyed staying here. The host was very helpful and the communication was great. The location is excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The only negative I have to say is the motion sensor lights in the hall of the apartment. I wish there was a manual light switch. When the light goes on going to the bathroom in the middle of the night can be very inconvenient. Maybe it isn’t the same in every apartment. But other than that everything was great.
