Very reasonable room for the price. Located in slightly more quiet part of town but easy access to centre. Staff very helpful on desk.

Shower not amazing but otherwise room was fine.

The location is good, not far from the main sqaure, nice staff (gracias Diego), comfy beds and nice breakfast.

On the weekends it gets SUPER loud if you're staying in the room facing the street! Also, not all upper beds are next to a wall so you're sleeping with no side to lean on. Staff needs to pay more attention to toilet papers filling!

We were rudely woken up by staff member at 3 am who banged at our door, said something in Spanish, turned lights on and walked away, we woke up shocked and confused to what was going on. Turns out our tour company came on the wrong day to pick us up. even if we had slept in for our tour, it was not a very pleasant wake up call.

Very nice and helpful staff that went above and beyond to help in any way they could! Really nice hot showers with good water pressure.

Showers were not warm to shower 2times. Wifi connection is sometimes very weak.

We booked the double room with private bathroom. There was a 24hour reception. The room was big and there was a lot of space. It was very close to the city center. Friendly staff.

We were cold during our stay. The breakfast only had two options. Our room and bathroom could have been cleaner. They didn't clean our room and we stayed 4 days there. We paid a whole day even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. For what is was we would expect a cheaper price.

The place was well located in the center, clean, all the necessary available and they organize also tours from the reception. The people at the reception where really amazing, super patient and always super helpful. They where there 24/7 and I am so sorry that I’m more than one occasion we disturbed them so early between tours and airport early leave. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!

We had many bookings, before colca tour 3 people in a double and a dorm, then 1 dorm, then a triple room….my booking style was maybe too creative :D They where there 24/7 and I am so sorry that I’m more than one occasion we disturbed them so early between tours and airport early leave. Great location, nice employees, well-equipped kitchen. We could store our backpacks in the hostel while we were doing an overnight hike.

Hostel is close to the main square of the city, the staff is really helpful and attentive.

I forgot my Apply watch and they sent it for me to Lima and it was there within a few days. I am so thankful they found it, were honest about it and took the effort to send it over. I highly appreciate this service

Location was perfect. Old colonial building. Staff were great. Dog was friendly. Lots of hot water.

Wifi was awful. Struggled to get a signal anywhere. Rooms very basic. Breakfast ok but get in quick before it runs out.

Huge bedroom with gorgeous original architecture. Hot water was reliable and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Really nice grounds and a pool table!

Weak wifi and probably wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again. Although no need for great wifi when you’re in a city as beautiful as Arequipa!

Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, tours slightly more expensive than companies around the plaza.
