The property was good.. But they wer v reluctant wit the checkout policies.. I got a room jus below the restaurant and it was so noisy all the time wit moving furniture and falling utensils. V had a v disturbed sleep... as we wer travelling and tired we did not ask fr a room change.. The bathroom pipelines wer flowing out and i had to get it repaired and cleant. The breakfast was good.. but i was so upset the way they spoke regarding providing an extra hour during checkout.

They gave us room just below the kitchen area. And every night after the dinning was closed, the staff would bang chairs, utensils etc. Sleeping through the night was pain here. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent. Nanu at the front desk was excellent polite and very helpful.

Wifi and internet was poor. Could not get a connection. Apparently, the hotel uses mobile broadband to supply internet to all the rooms. They don't use a dedicated landline for the internet. There is a ramp for wheelchair users but the access was blocked by parked cars. In room 706 the flush and drainage did not work. They did come and fix it finally.

Location is easily accessible and is in main road. Breakfast was good.

There is no parking facility for the guest car. We had to park the car in a streed outside the hotel property. The TV was not working in both the rooms and we pointed it out at the time of check in. But it was not rectified until we checked out.

AC is worst because of some default settings the maintenance guys could not do anything about it. It was a sweaty night.

the internet connection was had to be reconnected with reception help a number of times....a solution could be thought by th management to smoothen or giving undisturbed the internet connections to guests as this is very important for many.
