Mobiliario y cortinas muy antiguo y muy deteriorado, sofá durísimo, (Era un sofá-cama), el aro del WC, tenía un tope de apoyo delantero roto, con el peligro de que al apoyarte en él, se rompiese, papel higiénico de bajísima calidad, sólo tenía bañera (NO DUCHA), con un fondo resbaladizo y sin agarraderos por ningún lado, el borde de la bañera era muy alto, con el gran peligro de tener un serio accidente, al entrar y salir de ella, para las personas mayores, como era mi caso.

- certaines choses sont vraiment a renover: piscine( moisi entre l‘ intérieur et le bord; sol pas propres) -propreté en géneral - sortir les poubelles de l‘appartement( si non fait 15€ de taxes).

La atención de recepción, impecable, muy amables y atentos. Un lugar muy bien situado, muy tranquilo y muy cerquita del castillo.

Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas y el ruido de la nevera era un poco molesto para dormir. Pero por todo lo demás, muy bien

L'emplacement est top car à 10 minutes de marche de la cité médiévale. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Nous y allions en fin de journée.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Great coffee in the morning. Very short walk to medieval city.

The location, parking and access, and the staff was very good.

The interior is worn and torn. The pictures present a better impression than reality. The pool has cabins like public pools, where the cabins take up more space than the pool itself.

Close to the old city (5mins walk) very large carpark, this hotel is functional & convenient with friendly reception staff. The apartment was large and well equipped The ground floor has access to a grass area, accessible via French doors from the lounge and also the bedroom, which was convenient for the dogs.

The sofa was really thinly padded and uncomfortable, & the wifi was poor. You have to dispose of your own trash into a bin outside the gates, which was a little inconvenient having to go back to wash your hands after vacating the room but not really a problem.

Very close to the old town. Swimming pool a lovely way to relax from the heat and great for our little one

The decor is a bit dated and the fit out basic but not a problem given the price

The hotel took €200 from me as a deposit and have not returned it. The deposit policy is highly unfair and exceptional compared to other hotels. The customer service is very poor and the staff have been very unhelpful in dealing with this refund

The staff in this hotel is a treasure. We needed to leave the car at the hotel parking lot earlier that was check - in. Not only it wasn ´t a problem but smiley staff let us have an early check in. Location is not that far from the castle. Swimming pool with saunawas nice althogh a little small for hotel like this.

The furniture seems to have better days behind.

The property is located very close to the Cite so you can come and go between exploring during the day and night. Perfect for families as facilities for cooking. Very friendly staff.

Would be good to have tea/coffee in room on arrival.

They have big parking, close to city centre. Host from the second day was really kind. Coffee was great.

Very nice place with a lot of facilities. They rent apartments, so that offer you a home style management of your stay, you can cook etc... Went in winter time of season, so it was quiet at night. Staff was great and helpful, they have a nice buffet breakfast. Takes 10 minutes at the most to be at the castle.

perfect 5 mins from medieval town and excellent

Accommodation was excellent. Full equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, separate toilet and bathroom, double bedded bedroom and an extra room.

Connection with the center (2.5km). Poor bus connection. Difficult to obtain taxi. Ordering a taxi may take more then 20 min. I, personally, don't like one blanket cover for double bad.

Walking distance to castle at quiet neighbourhood, safe car parking, white clean sheets, clean apartment, customer friendly staff at reception and answering messages.

Two single beds were a bit narrow for adults to sleep.
