Оборудование в апартаментах в полном наборе,просторно, большой санузел,сервис хороший, местоположение рядом с морем.Персонал дружелюбный готовый помочь.Бассейн хороший и возможность припарковаться у отеля. Всё это и написанное выше делает отдых отличным.Хорошая комфортная кровать, матрац и белье.

Amazing apart hotel near the public beach of Alanya. Huge apartment 40 square meters. A huge living room with an open space kitchen very well equipped. A bed-room with a great dressing. Air conditioning both in living room and bed room. Two huge balconies with a gorgeous view to the mountains. Bonus a huge pool on the ground floor. Daily cleaning very well done.

Location is not bad. Just in 2 minutes walking distance a good restaurant- 33 Davet Tantuni, with nice food and reasonable prices. 2 rooms are advantage, even they are small - sleeping room and a kitchen-studio with sofa. Bathroom looked well. AC in both rooms were cooling properly.

We arrived early morning and had to wait till 14:00, check-in time. It's OK, but even at that time rooms were not ready and we had to wait 30 minutes more. And the very first night we found a big, nasty cockroach in children's sleeping room. I killed it, they did some kind of disinfection and after we did not see any. In sleeping room there is no WiFi. 1st building which had pool and slides was extremely noisy because of loud music and some entertainment. Luckily we stayed in the second one, otherwise it would have been terrible.

The staff is great, any arrangement is possible. Parking is in front of the building. It is close to the beach.

I was here during 2 weeks, everything was fine - room was clean and fresh. Bed is comfy. Furniture is not old. The cleaning is each 2 days. Depends on which side of building located room you can here a street a bit. But in the evening it is quiet. The place is good - not far from a beach( not the best but pretty good), and there are several caffe and shops nearby.

If your room's windows are looking on the street it could be noisy in the day. And there were no dish detergent in the kitchen, so if you want to cook by yourself you should buy it in the shop.

Only was good personal som working

I stayed in this hotel for 19 nights, but unfortunately it is one of the worst hotels. 1- The reserved specifications differed from the room given. Required 4- Only the staff was good. 5- Our arrival was 24 hours and the hotel did not have drinking water. 6- Most of the towels were torn ....

The location is extremely good. The beach is nearby, so are shopping malls and supermarkets. Within 2km you will find the famous Bar Street and the infamous discos. The staff are incredible and nice to communicate with on all occasions. The WiFi in the room is very good, I had no connectivity issues for the 11 days I stayed there. Some rooms come with pool view. The price I paid was beyond imagination, I even got to park my car just outside. The pool area is clean and inviting. The music played was after my taste and suitable for chilling by the pool.

The walls are really thin, so it makes it hard to sleep and relax when the neighboring rooms talk, sing, fight, listen to music, watch TV late at night etc. There is also lots of noise when the rooms are being cleaned or rearranged(furniture) as the floors are hard and slippery. The beds are very light so they easily slide on the floor, even when moving or rolling just a bit. The cleaning equipment are left in trolleys and parked in the hallway outside room, not so appealing. The swimming pool is nice but small. The kitchen has no ventilation. It needs modernization to be more compelling. No soundproofing as far as I know.
