Almost nothing

No person available, just over the phone. Room super small, all other rooms tight in one small area, bad noise isolation from other rooms, could hear everybody at night, could not fall asleep early. Outside the window storage of trash. Entrance to pokoje like to the storage area, room look old, need renovation. Room that small so it was not possible to leave even bigger luggage on the floor in a comfortable way. No hangers in the super small wardrobe. No fridge available. The only positive is that the person who was available over the phone next day bring hangers and fridge but next day I was already leaving and was happy about leaving this place

The room was decent. The lady who welcomed us was nice.

This doesn't look like a hotel. The entrance looks like a street where you don't want to get lost. We expected much more.

It wasn’t very clean, seemed like the sheets weren’t even changed. The staff took photos of my personal ID at the check in. Nobody was available for me to check out in the morning (though I was complying with the time set by the property), everything was closed, and there was no sign/informations about what to do.

Absolutely nothing.

Staff, location, not sure what kind of establishment this is — a hotel? Hostel? Motel? Pension house? Very rude staff. I was yelled at and had to listen to a rant about how “in czech republic we speak czech.” Referred to me speaking english as “bla bla bla”. Do not open a hospitality business if you lack respect to other people. Easily a catfish establishment. To be avoided!!!!

It was close to the place of my interest.

The room was dirty, cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling, extremely dirty windows, dirty chairs, towels put on the dirty chairs, bed uncomfortable.

The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are good. Filling wholesome food. Lashings of hot water in the shower. Beds were comfy with lovely crisp clean sheets and the room and bathroom were clean as were the towels. Staff were really happy to help. Even though it is a bar and micro brewery it was not too noisy at all and very little traffic noise from the roads. Beer from the brewery itself is really good and well worth a try.

Room was a bit spartan and would benefit from a chest of drawers in place of the Ikea box bookcase with open shelves and more sockets. Two pillows each would also have been better and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner would have made all the difference in the bathroom. A kettle and couple of mugs would also be a great addition to the room. It is a bit out of the way behind flats and next to a car repair garage, but great for the O2 many of the staff spoke little or no English.

Great Staff and cosy brewery right next to your room. The room was quiet so we could open the windows during night. Although we came after check in hours, there was no problem.
