Directly opposite the train station , and close to Weatherspoons pub , clean and tidy room a very comfortable bed , quite on a night even though near main road , a lovely cooked breakfast buffet style all you could eat which is included in the price of just £57 for a a single room also has a bar . Great location and courteous, friendly staff .

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very helpful, value for money , clean comfortable bed , period hotel which I like, this is my third stay and loved it.

Not much room to park, but pay and display car park next to hotel , £3 for 24hrs weekends.

I really the staff were very helpful and were always on hand if you needed any help, whether that’s checkout, breakfast or general information about the hotel. Also is literally opposite Warrington bank station which is ideal.

My only minor thing would be that it is a little dated in decor, but this wouldn’t stop me from coming back to stay here.

Well everything was good until I wanted to shower....no hot water in shower I no the price was good including breakfast but couldn't even get a warm bit water very disappointing 😞

- WiFi only avaliable near the reception. - Thorn, old furnitures. - Weird smell in the room. - Breakfast was poor and ineidible.

breakfast was early, hot and yummy. warm building and very warm room. Staff was lovely and accommodating.

through the night the bathroom smelt strongly of Tabaco, this woke myself and my 3yo up. i had to open the bathroom window and shut the door. this helped until we needed to use the bathroom.

The location for my needs. the reception staff were really helpful and accommodating. Check in is listed at 2pm but they will try and get you checked in sooner depending on how busy they are.

I'll start by saying I have used this hotel in the past and it was okay for what I needed at the time. On this visit I went to breakfast at 8am, the eggs were hard, the remainder of the breakfast offerings were just plain cold. I requested a fresh egg and was told they are fresh as they had just been cooked! I can say that the eggs in particular had been out for quite some time. The hotel offers 'free Wi-Fi' but trying to get a signal in the room was pointless as the signal strength was very weak or really nonexistent, the bar area and dining room had excellent signal strength. If you are just staying a few nights, it is well worth it but for business travel not recommended. Local amenities are within walking distance of the hotel.
