Unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had washing, drying and ironing facilities in the room. Main bedroom separate and private from second bedroom. Large deck area with ceiling fan overlooking the gardens was beautiful. The pool areas were excellent, the larger pool and spa area is such a gorgeous space to hang out in.
Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working properly, which we were all looking forward to using. Was no reception staff when checking out at 10am on a Saturday. But they were the only negatives.

The location was perfect for our stay and the lagoon pool was great for the kids. The BBQ's worked sporadically so we had to move locations till we found one that worked. The main air con unit in our room was not so good where as the other units provided great cooling.
The room had everything we needed for our specific stay and the only concern was the rail leading up to the unit as it seemed loose. The main air con needs a service as it did not cool down the main area.

Great place, pools were both very good, spacious apartment, clean, had what you needed. Would happily have stayed longer.

No breakfast, no staff so no comment on these. Check in was simple and easy (I arrived late). The unit was clean and well situated.

Pretty much everything. The apartment was very nice. The lagoon pool is excellent. Shower in the ensuite was very nice. Gardens are lush and well maintained. It was quiet, we had the pool to ourselves.
Not really an issue, but we didn't have any interaction at all with any staff. The reception area was closed the whole time we were there.

Nice and private, the unit was very spacious and the kitchen was well equiped for a long weekend stay. very easy check in and check out process.

Lovely 2br apartment overlooking the pool area. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms and a bath was a bonus. Lovely tropical pool. Easy check in. BBQ facilities around pool clean and convenient. Close to local shops
Parking space small for a 4wd and difficult to navigate. Couldnt get the sauna to work.
Main pool floor needs a vacuum as lots of debris e.g leaves on the floor of pool each day.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished and had everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
There were very few cafes within walking distance and of those, only two ever opened during the week we stayed at the resort. (Service at one of the two was terrible). I think a resort of this size should have a cafe of its own.
It is a shame that during our stay, the calm was shattered by workmen using percussion drills into the adjoining wall with the next unit and tamping down a brick paved pathway under our window with a vibrating plate machine. I guess they have to do this sort of work from time to time, it was just bad luck that it happened during our stay.

Very nice clean, tidy apartment which was well appointed.

The location was great,the pools were fantastic.
Needed to leave more toilet paper, soap,hair shampoo & conditioner,as we were staying for 1 container of each is not nearly enough.
