First - location . Right across of the beach at via Mazaro . Our room had great patio overlooking the sea . Mariela at front desk deserve 10 of 10 . Very nice person and very helpful .

Right across of the beach but no beach towels . Hotel is in big tourist area but only one person speak English , it was very hard when you come late and exhausted to understand where to park your car , when person at the front desk doesn’t speak English at all . A/c didn’t work properly at the beginning, shampoos are terrible in small bags not enough for simple shower , breakfast without fruit .

Location, and reserved parking space (extra cost)

Not allowing you to take keys with you and leave A/C ON when you are out. Don’t understand why? Also we noticed moldy bread for breakfast, we ate only one day in the breakfast room, maybe it was isolated case

the location was perfect: in fron of the beach, next to the funicular to Taormina and the paying parking. The ocean view from the room is beautiful.

Great location, the deluxe terrace view rooms are lovely. The terrace is huge view fabulous. Shame we didn’t have the weather to use it enough.

Could here next doors bathroom far to clearly. Breakfast could be better too much cake for my tastes

Beautiful location, perfect for the cable car up to the old town. Room was spacious and an amazing terrace overlooking the bay.

Bed very hard and uncomfortable & not soundproof as you here everything from the corridor and next rooms.

the location is good if you want to be close to the gondola. The view is also very good if you get the right room. Staff are friendly.

It’s a very tired old property. Facilities are poor. it needs a completed makeover. Parking is in a public car park and costs 15/Euro per day. Small rooms, small bathrooms.No Spence of enjoyment when you return to the hotel.

Terrace!!

Elevator did not work. We had to carry our heavy suitcase by ourselves.

Breakfast was pretty darn good! Staff there were very friendly. The AC worked well and the shower pressure and heat were terrific! And best of all amazing view!!!

Let me count the ways…: Staff: Upon arrival, first two front desk people were great (younger guy and older woman). The morning we checked out, the man at the desk was aloof and NOT helpful (bordering on bad attitude). He would not help with suitcases down two flights of stairs (elevator doesn’t go to bottom floor). Even though my sister had dislocated her shoulder the week prior and was in a sling. We had a 12:30pm flight and breakfast wasn’t available till 8am which was when the taxi needed to pick up. Breakfast should be available at 7am if only for this reason alone. Room 21- Bathroom sink sprayed outwards and onto your clothes and floor. Bar Soap provided was subpar. Really didn’t lather much. Pillows were very uncomfortable and we reserved a room with a view (which we had and was wonderful out the window) but thought it had a balcony. It did not! Please make sure if that’s what you wish to have. The shower was the size of a telephone booth.

The floor was extremely noisy not outside but people started screaming very early in the morning. It’s difficult to sleep.

The beaches down below were private. You could only swim from a small part of the Mazarin beach and the massage women were disturbing all the time

Beautiful sea view, all staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent housekeeping. Very good breakfast!

Smell is bad, bed sheets with holes in it

Spacious room and bathroom, with a small private terrace. Great location near the cable car, beach and parking area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our bathroom had a horrible smell and we needed to keep the bathroom door shut and fan running when inside. One of the floor drains was blocked and filled - I can imagine the smell coming from there. The rubber strips in the shower were black from dirt or mold.
