Swimming pool a lot smaller in reality than they look on the photos. Not enough sunbeds, towels being put down from 7.30am onwards, too stressful considering we were on holiday, we went to the beach instead.

Breakfast was generally good. Bed linen was clean, white and fresh. UK TV channels very welcome. A supermarket is available directly over the road (though alternative pubs and restaurants were a good ten minutes walk for us non-inclusive customers).

There were far too many guests packed in to a hotel covering this area. As a result it was very difficult to get a sun bed (we couldn't until late aternoon on any of the 18 days we were there). The rules regarding not reserving sunbeds didn't appear to be enforced at all. The pools were small and the sun bed area felt crowded. VIP (i.e. paid for) sun bed sections sat empty most days further reducing the area for sun beds. Dinner was reasonable, good enough that we only opted to eat out four or five times in our trip, but not so good we used it every day. Much of the freshly prepared meat was very tough, and the queueing very lengthy as customers were dealt with one at a time - loading up the hot plates anticipating the orders of others in the queue would have been far more efficient. Particularly frustrating queueing for an omelette at breakfast, surely a second frying pan would be a good investment? Two mornings we were woken by the cleaners around 8pm - we did leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but found it blew away in the night. A better system which would work even in windy conditions would be a big improvement. Some of the towels and the dressing gowns are getting a bit threadbare - ready for a replacement.

Room 235, got the sun all day on the balcony, perfect. Good range of food. few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Overall ambience wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and greeted us with a cocktail on arrival. The food and drinks were of a very high standard and there was a great selection every day. Suites were roomy and well apportioned and convenient for pool. There is a beautician on site who is readily booked for facials and manicures. The music throughout including contemporary and classical really made the stay extra special in this hotel. Highly recommended!

The property is located a bit far off from the downtown and the beach. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean, but felt a bit old / needing renovations.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful although the air conditioning wasn't entirely efficient. The set up of the suite was ideal as one of us had to work online. The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant area and food were both good.

From the photos I expected the pool area to be considerably larger than it is. There are sun loungers for about 100 people but space in the pool for no more than twenty. It was also the least clean of the areas.

Food was awful. Flavourless, bland, poor quality cooked badly, and repetitive. Same old slop every day. Unclean. In need of repair and maintenance. Outside space too small for number of guests. Coffee machine in bedroom but water not provided.

A small and well looked after hotel with exceptional customer service, this is a gem of a place to stay. All inclusive option was great value for money. Alex deserves special mention - he seemed to work from dawn to dusk and not only in restaurant but hauling deliveries through from the reception to the bars. He was a star. Alejandra was also fantastic and the whole team made it a fantastic stay.

A tiny thing was that the buffet style restaurant could have food allergens on the labels please. Gluten free drinks are catered for but this would have been helpful.

It’s well located in Playa Blanca, quite close from the Playa Dorada. The staff are amazing, makes you feel at home.

I would recommend getting the rooms that face in-doors. I didn’t know about it and I stayed on one facing a garage park. It was fine but I couldn’t get a lounger in the balcony which would have been perfect!

From ‘check-in’ to ‘check-out’ our whole stay at Whites Suites was excellent. Guest services, dining, facilities, room and hotel cleanliness and staff friendliness were all first class. The location is perfect providing a peaceful environment to relax by the pool or short walk to the beach and town. Highly recommended and we will return.
