Pool and very good breakfast.

Wifi was terrible. They are giving a password valid for the number ıf people you make reservation. If you have more device than number of people you can’t use wifi, but it doesn’t matter because wifi either doesn’t work or too slow.

Disgusting place! We didn’t even stayed in there. Very old hotel, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We booked 2 separate rooms and they were very dirty. Hair in bathroom, dirty walls, bedsheets, towels. AC didn’t work properly. Food smell in corridor. Staff is UNPROFESSIONAL, lack of training (village style service). We came in to the room and were shocked. Pictures didn’t match reality. Their private parking is 10 minutes away by foot and it’s not even safe, just a piece of land surrounded by thin gate. We came to the reception pointing to the issues and asking for a refund. They said to call booking for a refund and didn’t even apologise and tried to change the room. Booking is calling them and no one is picking the phone despite the fact that 3 ladies are at the reception. We left and on the next day booking contacted us saying that hotel is refusing to process a refund without no reasonable explanation. I feel SCAMMED.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. You can check in later then 00:00, I think the reception is opened 24h.

The room could be more cleaned, and the bathroom could be a little renovated, but overall was good.

Generally this hotel is great value of money. It was warm during the middle of my stay and I managed to walk to the beach, though the start and end were wet and windy. The room was of very good standard and had a nice private outdoor area.

I think it would be better if the room/floor had a microwave and a kettle and tea set, and if the property had a laundry machine.

Lovely family hotel in good location. Groceries for essentials nearby and really helpful staff. Buffet restaurant has really nice food with excellent selection.

Nothing to not like. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.

We were travelling with our dog and the hotel was incredibly accommodating. They also offer gated parking for a €10 deposit which was really helpful. The place was clean and we had a balcony which made it possible to leave our dog in the hotel and enjoy the rooftop pool by ourself.

cons: - balcony door (one) could not be locked - slight odour in the bathroom when other guests use theirs - no lock/key for the safe

- Our triple room is actually a double bed room with one extra bed, very crowded with 3 of us in - The air conditioning system is not working properly - Parking is available but several minutes walk from the hotel

The location is great And its flat walk to the shops and beach . But most importantly the staff were amazing There was Suzanna elena and Jennifer ..who were all excellent helpful and went out of there way to make me feel good and help with all Also on the top bar there was marina She was excellent and helpful and great with the children the night security guard was also helpful The breakfast was reasonable and the pool was good enough A great place and connections to Barcelona and parts of the costa brava

Ok..it’s not a criticism ..because all was good . But if you go on A busy weekend or a fiesta when lots of kids …well it can be very noisy This is not the fault of the hotel (what can they do )but the guests . So basically if you like realty quiet its maybe not for you ,

This is a great hotel, good location. The staff are nice, we have been coming here for years and it's very good value for money. The food is also very good! They have been updating various parts of the hotel and keep improving.

If anything the sunbeds could do with an update. And some rooms don't have a great view but look out on the roof of the kitchen and you can get foodsmells. But as we don't spend a lot of time in the room we don't mind.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was polite and breakfast just perfect. Highly recommend

Private parking is far from hotel. Isolation of the chambers, you hear everything.

Stupid requirement to produce payment on check-in, even though credit card details were on booking.com
