Hotel has parking for guests.
Receptionists are indifferent and not very approachable. Property is quite old and smelly. No thought has gone into decorating this place: Everything in the room is ancient and a total cheap mismatch of items has just been thrown in there: the toilet seat has been replaced with a different size on top, the pillows and mattress are old, the covers have not been washed for a while, the shower head has no stand so you have to wash with one hand in a cubicle that is tiny, and with a curtain that does not even reach the shower tray (too short), the towels (tiny) are so hard they exfoliate the skin. When the toilet is flushed the pump wakes the whole hotel up , it’s so loud and old. The list is endless and the extortionate price they charge does not justify what they provide.

Very good location with a private parking which is great advantage for this area. Our host was very friendly and gave us useful advice and recommendations for everything, we really appreciate her help as it made our trip to Monemvasia and Elafonissos so pleasant. The room was nice and equipped with the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic view of the Monemvasia from our balcony.
My only recommendation to the host is to put a normal shower stand up on the wall. This seems to be a common practice for accommodations all around Greece which is quite impractical and inconvenient.

Great location! The view was incredible waking up every morning to the sun rising on the Castro. The rooms were large and clean with everything we needed. The hosts were fabulous, welcoming and always around if you needed anything. Would highly recommend and stay again. Great value.

We liked Romeo's house where we spent 3 days.
The structure is well positioned and close to the Monemvasia old village. It is a great place to stay to visit Monemvasia old/new village, Elafonisos, Plitra and other places. The hosts are super supportive and it was a pleasure talking to them (they suggested nice places where having dinner and visiting).
There is a car park close to the structure.

Very friendly and welcoming owners and nice location within sort distance from everything. Big parking on site. Beautiful view on Monemvasias' island. The beds were very comfortable.
The studio was a little small for 4 persons, but we quickly found a way to place our luggage to make it work.

Spacious and well-equipped room with a balcony with a view over the sea and the rock of Monemvasia. Quiet. Family-run business, very kind and helpful. Less than 10 minutes walk to the sea front and the rock itself. Ample parking area just across from the apartments.

The room was a good size. Everything was as described. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a place to park if you have a car. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I could watch cats hunting in the area opposite. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away from the room.

Room and bedroom are a bit outdated. In the morning lot of noise from the school that is behind the apartments.

Apartment complex located on a hill, but easy walk from the (modern) town centre, with supermarket and bakery nearby. Complex had own (free) parking area. Room was spacious enough for 4 adults for a short stay, very clean, good airco, small kitchen with toaster and refrigerator. Large balcony with sea view, table + 4 chairs. Free welcoming gifts (water + oranges). Very helpful owners (can provide all info in English about beaches, trip to Elafonissos). Tip: Ambelakia beach, with a laid-back atmosphere, is just a short drive away.
Nothing in particular, excellent value for money. Walk towards the old town centre is about 2 km; as the road towards the old town centre gets completely jammed with cars in the evening, it is best to go on foot, or else drive the short distance to the modern town centre and walk from there.

Mrs. Eirini who welcomed us at the moment of our arrival was always kind and ready to help and provide us with all the necessary information (about restaurants, transportation, current COVID-19 measures, etc.)
The room was quite large, the beds were very comfortable, the view from the balcony was incredible.
Twice a week the towels and bedsheets are changed, while the bathroos is also cleaned by the specialized personnel.
The accomodation is located in the very nice area, near a Secondary school where hypothetically someone could play basket or voley with students from the area. It is also close to the central roads of the town and main stores, bakeries, cafes, etc. It is 30 minutes far (by car) from the bridge leading to the Rock (Castle) of Monemvasia.
Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about the particular lodge.

Romeo’s house was once again great! The hosts, mr Thodoris and Mr Irene were very friendly, kind and helpful in everything I asked. The room was very clean, with amazing view and tidy sheets and towels.
I strongly recommend Romeo’s house to everyone who want to stay in Monemvasia even for a night!

Great location! We could park next to the building. Everything is within a 20 minute walk. Room is older, but all was fine. Nice balcony.
