Only a street away from GLINK station, the apt was fantastically located. Beach, Tram Parks and food outlets all within 5mins walk. Property manager Paul was available anytime and helped with all our needs. Wifi met high standards of speed and download allowance even for my teenager. B.B.Q area poolside was great, loved all the little things you need available at no extra charge. Most comfortable away from home stay for us , Thank you.

Nothing but good things to say, our stay was fantastic.

The apartment is really clean and well kept. Beds and sofa were quite comfortable. Double rooms were connected by stairs which was useful and double balcony a plus. Minor maintenance needs to be done on a towel rack in the lower bathroom but otherwise the showers were great! Kitchen facilities were quite adequate with detergent provided, quite useful. Paul had provided us with mineral water and milk on our first day which really helped when we checked in late at midnight! Big thanks! Location was perfect with the beach within safe walking distance. Ample secure carpark space under the building. Will definitely stay again.

The ceiling whilst great to have, is quite low. So tall folks need to be careful or if you are stretching your arms up...might lose a few fingers. We were woken up daily by the construction activities that is happening currently. Also don't feel as private with the full view of the workers.. Can't do much until the building work is finished..likely for another few months.

Perfect location in a more quiet area but within walking distance of surfers paradise and Broadbeach and only a few minutes walk to the beach! Paul was very welcoming and clearly has a great deal of pride in the accommodation which shows.

The property was great!!! We had 2 balconies which was awesome. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom, downstairs was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & lounge with table & chairs also. We had a washing machine & dryer that came in very handy as we stayed for 10 days. It has its own pool also. Would definitely stay here again. It was only a 5 min walk to the beach. There’s a bowls club down the road u can walk to, & everything else is just a 5 to 10 min drive. We ate at every surf club around the area, & a couple of taverns. Pacific Fair is only 10 min drive & has everything for shopping with 5 hours free parking. Harbour Town is also great for shipping & that’s about 15 min drive. It’s only about 25mins to 1/2 hour drive to fun parks. Was a great price to stay here. Vert comfortable.

Perfect accommodation, was able to prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Milk was even provided upon arrival, saved money by doing our own laundry daily. Had a great experience would absolutely recommend!!

There was no Wi-Fi at the time, but was notified that it was being installed the day after we left.

Was a great place to stay .Paul was very friendly host always there to accommodate our needs.Highly recommend. Loved the pool..2minute walk to beach.public transport was great.❤❤

Location was fantastic, you can walk to the beach, shops and great coffee within a few minutes. The pool was lovely and warm, even in the middle of winter. The apartment was clean and had two sunny balconies. The furniture is a little dated (this was expected given the photos), but the beds were very comfortable with nice crisp sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Paul was a friendly and helpful host.

Outdoor path lighting could be stronger at night.

Excellent location between Broadbeach and Surfer's Paradise. The unit we had (13 on the 2nd floor) was spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants in walking distance (20-25 mins). Paul, the manager, is friendly, and willing to offer advice and have a chat. Nice pool area, small but good enough to cool off in.

There are no lifts so this needs to be considered if stairs are a problem for you. The unit we had did not have airconditioning and this could be uncomfortable in the warmer months.
