We had a wonderful stay at Josefina! The family that takes care are super nice and helpful. We stayed in a very nice room, with the window faced the beautiful garden that they take care. It is a nice and quiet area, away from the super busy downtown but close enough to reach by metro in just a few stops. Totally worth it! We would def come back, excellent value for money!

- the room was nice and big, clean - the apartament was near the metro and tram stops. Approximately 7min by walk. Good connection to the city center. -the receptionist was kind -there was not noise from the outside -the bed was really big and comfortable

- the heating was not working, it was cold in the evening and in the morning too. One night only about 10pm it was working but till the morning it was again cold. In closet was extra blanket and quilts so we had to use it during the night and put some extra clothes on too. We stayed in December in this apartament, so outside was really cold weather. Unfortunately me and my friend got sick. - the room doesnt include the microwave oven, kettle, and dishes as it was stated in description, but it wasnt a problem for us at all. We used the kettle in the shared kitchen. - the main lighting was not working, but there was 3 or 4 little lamps - the bathroom doesnt include shampoo and shower gel, but we took some with us.

In general we had a nice stay at villa josefina; Spacious room, calm neighberhood, parking spot available, metro station around 8 mins close They organize the room and clean the bathroom every day

The host is very friendly but sometimes we had some miscommunications due to language barriers Locaction is suitable if you have a car otherwise its a bit far from the center

This is an older, multistory property in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are three parking spaces in the front yard behind a gate. We chose it because of its close proximity to the Unicare Clinic where we had appointments. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Although there is a rail line opposite the house and our room faced that way, the window insulation was good and we could hardly hear any noise.

Although the property is a 10 minute walk from a metro station and main street, the "villa" has no restaurant and there is no restaurant in less than a 15 minute walk away.

The area around is nice. There is parking available.
