Breakfast was good.

The receptionist was unaware my booking, which shocked me. He also said there possibly wouldnt be any available. Once I showed him my booking he got it sorted.

Good breakfast and good location

Toilet with rust if u do maintanace it could be much better

Room was good, Staff were excellent with super Hospitality,

Toilet, closest and bathtub looks very old and ugly

First the pros - The staff are very friendly. And the location is good. Thats all. The staff offer to help, and go out of their way to provide, But what till what extent can you provide when there's nothing to provide?? Yes agree we got upgraded free to a suite room, but it wasnt very good. ( And in fact, made us feel grateful that we didnt have to stay in the standard room, which God only knows how horrible must be, if the suite room is like this!)

Cons - everything else. The centralised AC wasnt working (and we had to demand the remote to split AC on the second day of our stay. The receptionist didnt provide the remote in spite of our request on the first day, which made a very unpleasant night). We had to constantly remind the staff to replenish drinking water in our room. The bed was hard, the pillows too. The bathroom didnt have hot water, the towels were dirty and old. The breakfast was a la carte (guests were very few bcz of COVD), but the food was not good. The view from our room was a dilapidated house

Nothing.

The staff did not know how to speak, how to assist. The shower was terrible - it did not work, they gave me a dirty bucket and a dirty mug. Cleanliness was shocking. I've stayed here before alone and with my family a couple of years before. The standards have deteriorated to a great level.

Thank you team for a pleasant stay and good service in midst of tough times for the service industry. Very good rooms and in house amenities. Full Breakfast buffet wasn’t available but the team put out a decent spread and good service by the attendees at the roof top restaurant. Big shout out to the welcoming staff at the main entrance.
