- The staff were very friendly and attentive.
- The breakfast was enjoyable.
- The pool was well-maintained and cleaned daily.
- The location was excellent, conveniently close to shopping malls.

- The room felt a bit dated, so if you're looking a more modern style, this might not be the best fit.
- There was a slight strange smell in the bathroom that could be improved.
- There was no iron provided in the room, which could be inconvenient

I have stayed at this place twice now and i love it. It is very conveniently located, it is comfortable but most of all, the staff are ever so friendly and supportive. They feel like family. I was also happy to see that it was mostly the same staff as rthere was in 2023 Feb when i visited before.
Because the shower doors were missing, water splashes all over the shower room, wetting the whole bathroom area. Would be good to get even shower curtains. Also, they should provide complementary slippers for customers to use, especially when walking outside and around the pool. These are little conveniences that make a huge diference.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near two major malls and I could access anything I needed.

The facility was renovated from my last visit a few yrs ago hence what you see in the profile pics is exactly the true pic . The staff were very friendly and accommodative.For short stays it is very ideal and located a walking distance near malls and eateries.Access is also very convenient.
If you are looking for a beach front property or a walking distance to the beach then this is not ideal for you. Otherwise, it is excellent for the impromptu stop over en route, short stay, business short travel etc.
For family vacay, they have another branch that next to the beach

I liked the proximity to the city centre.
Got locked out of the bathroom because of a faulty door. There was no hot water in the last 24 hrs of my stay.

The location is good and convenient and not crowded. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The place is well kept and very clean. The rooms though tiny have a nice ambiance.
The breakfast did not have variety to choose from. I couldn’t get my favorite juices plus I expected some eggs which weren’t available. Fruits were just two types.

Breakfast was good but just the standard offering with no continental option and Nescafe sacets coffee. It had the best shower I have had in Kenya. Hot with lots of water.

The hotel is quite small (approximately 25 rooms), so after just a couple of hours on site, most staff know your face and first name, and they're very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped, since there are a safe, a closet, a desk, a kettle, some instant coffee, tea, and water inside, along with a hairdryer, and some shampoo, soap and body lotion in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean. The food from the restaurant is decent, although not exceptional.
My room was not really soundproof, so during my two nights there, I could hear all the comings and goings outside, as well as the music listened to very late by some.
Also, when I was staying at the hotel, some maintenance work was scheduled on Sunday, so the power was off for several hours. But the management of PrideInn Nyali very kindly offered me to spend those few hours at another of their hotels, a 10 minute drive away, the PrideInn Paradise, which is much larger and on the beach. So I didn't suffer much from the power cut.

For Business & Holidays, this hotel is situated in a very right location. very accessible to basic requirements. The breakfast or you can say the whole food menu is well selected and I think the chef is also adding value for the dishes they prepare and rightly delivered by your great TEAM
