Bonito hotel

No servía el aire acondicionado y no pude dormir

Me gusta la ubicación y las habitaciones aunque la mía estaba un poco sucia del suelo pero nada relevante, pero me dieron miedo algunas calles, hay mucha gente de calle y da miedo con hija a mi lado

Las calles cerca del hotel lo bueno que caminas unas cuadras y estas en reforma, deberían de solicitar mejorar la calle que va al monumento a la revolución esta muy feo

Al terminar mi alojamiento, permitieron a mi familia resguardar mis maletas, hasta la noche en que salía mi transporte de regreso. Ese detalle fue genial.

Tuve la desafortunada situación de tener vecinos muy ruidosos, pero eso no fue causa del hotel.

The location was great; we really liked the customer service, especially the night shift, they were extremely friendly and great hosts and the room was very spacious and nice.

There was no change of towels every day and on the penultimate day the garbage was not picked up, the curtains are a little old but nothing serious. About the breakfast, was really expensive and not at the level of the rest of the service.

The localisation is great, it's very easy to take yourself to another location. Close to the historical centre. Breakfast was really great too and people working there are kind and helpful.

The only minus was that there was almost no WiFi in our room. You had to stand in a certain spot to connect and couldn't move if you didn't want it to disconnect.

The front desk was not very nice or helpful. I had to change room because the air conditioner did not work and he did not apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally I asked for water in which he was reluctant to give.

The room was very small and we have to pay more for a better one. The other thing was that I couldn't go inside my room after the last day, telling the staff that I will stay. And have to go downstairs to pay and have to move to a different room because hey said I can not stay in the same one. Wifi very bad

Gym had only two equipment and one of them was broken all the time, even though I made a complaint. Basically there was no gym. I would not add gym as facility in booking.com for this hotel.

Location halfway between the Zocolo and Chapultepec park and many outdoor restaurants nearby.

Just one woman at front desk in the morning. My friends checked in the day before I arrived and when I arrived the next day it was several hours early for checkin. I needed to use the bathroom and put my bag in their room so we could go out before I checked in. She insisted that I couldn't go up to the room with my friend to use bathroom and drop off my bag while his wife waited for us in reception area even tho she knew I had my own reservation and was checking into another room later. Really stupid and on top of that the lobby restroom was closed for cleaning.
