Very clean, warm rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic view (we had a balcony room with views of the lake and mountains)
Necessities were provided such as handwash, bodywash, hairdryer, coffee, kettle and the room provided enough storage and shelving to unpack and keep suitcases out of the way
I expected a bit more from the breakfast. Not sure if it's Swiss culture but some warm food with the scrambled eggs would've been appreciated such as bacon or sausages. Although the options provided were tasty and a good variety it didn't keep us full for long
We stayed for 4 nights and by night 3 there was a guest in the room next to us and it was very noisy, it seems that the walls did not have much insulation. We could hear the person moving in the room and we could hear everything he/she did in the bathroom which was uncomfortable for us

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war für mich nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer 408 ist im Dachstock (Dachzimmer) und die Sicht auf den See kann man nur stehend geniessen. Die Fensterunterkannte ist auf einer Höhe von ca. 1m 50 cm. Wenn man im Bett liegt sieht man keine Berge oder den See!!! Im Zimmer war nur 1 Stuhl vorhanden; kein Mineralwasser, der Teekocher konnte nicht ans Kabel angeschlossen werden. Zimmergrösse ca. 25 - 28 m2.

- The view from the room and the balcony was astonishing.
- The hotel is in a quiet area and easily accessible by car and public transport with ample parking space right in front of the hotel.
- The room and the bathroom were very clean
- The hotel has a nice green backyard with a swing facing the lake.
- There is also a car ferry docking point right next to the hotel, so you can cross easily without having to drive all over the lake.
- The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth and fast.
- Breakfast had very limited options. For example, no cakes or toast were available. There were also no fruits.
- The heater was off and the room was slightly cold.

Everything was excellent. The room had the best lake view, so serene and peaceful. Breakfast was a good spread and lunch and dinner was amazing. All fresh ingredients used and freshly prepared.

Although the rooms at the Seerausch Swiss Quality Hotel were not to my liking-for others the location, amenities and service of the hotel make it a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of Switzerland.

After a very long journey, we finally reached the hotel late in the evening. Even while checking in, the owner saw fit to aggressively and loudly address a member of our group in front of everyone present for what he considered unacceptable behaviour. When we inquired what the problem was, he became downright insulting.
We had not even been in for 2 minutes! My advice would be to avoid this hotel. Hotels plenty in the area that probably do know how to welcome guests. Funnily enough, this hotel prides itself on the quality they deliver.

Amazing location , peaceful , great food and staff . 10 minute walk to boats which can take you onto Lucerne and also direct access to cable car up the mountains

Seldom on my travels in cities and villages in over 80 countries have I experienced such outrageous prices for such poorly equipped rooms.
Management should be ashamed of asking such prices.
My room had a view of the next construction site and the gas station, and a little mountain view.

very pleasant hotel with nice restaurant and super breakfast. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which really made a difference to the stay. Just one night as a stop over and would choose to go back. and of course its right by the lake!
