The location was fantastic, great jumping off point for Lucerne and Pilatus.

The shower was hard to figure out, but a great place to stay.

Located at a stone's throw away from Pilatus, this place is the best place if you want to explore Luzern and places around.

The shower control is broken and can’t adjust the temperature. The paper blinds in the bedroom do not block out the light. Would be handy if shampoo and shower gel are provided.

Clean property, near train station. Laundry and dryer worked well.

Thin walls, neighbors walking above very noisy. No top sheet on beds. Only fans to help cool apartment even though mobile ac unit was supposed to be in apt. Sauna Shower was broken except handheld wand. Bidet was broken, toilet did flush well. No grocery stores near apt, had to take train to another town after stop for this apt.

Apartment is cozy, well organized and clean. Washing is possible and all facilities available. Even the barbeque is good. Parking is available. Bathroom is huge and is clean Instructions mentioned well by the host, helpful. Highly Recommended.

Heating is automatic regulated, sometime it doesnt work as it should be. Extra stairs from the main door to the apartment. Location is bit outside any town, however it is easy to access by car

The apartment is very accessible, located in gorgeous surroundings. A very cozy apartment with everything you need and more as there was food, drinks and wood for the fire place available. Karin made herself available and was very helpful.

the value for money is the best vs other properties, the lake view from your window is the best

some utilities not in the perfect condition, it is still working but there are some cracks on it. we can still feel some dust on our feet.

Beautiful location and stunning views in a very spacious home for our family. Beds could be a little more comfortable but very personable touches such as providing a few kitchen essentials (bread, milk, water) before we settled and head to the market.

Great location, amenities were there so we could cook our own meals. Glad the fridge was there. Our whole family slept comfortably.

Window and mirror were damaged, maybe by previous tenant. Sink was clogged by previous tenant also.

Parking is outside the room. The land lord offered fresh toast,soft drinks and chocolates.

There's a door step in the kitchen that normally doesn't exist ,you need to be more careful to not kick it. Lights in the livingroom are keep humming a errie high frequency sound and TV is flashing every few seconds. Hairdryer is always warm and only "warm" wind comes out. There are caffee machine, toast machine,oven,microwave oven and kitnatte in the kitchen but due to the extra small platform you can only use one at a time. The microwave oven is placed in a very high position, I think it is designed for a giant to use. Because even a 6 feet man stand on tiptoe is barely able to take food out. The house master (or mastress ) is kind but only answer your question at 18:00~20:00, one time a day. If you miss the window, there's no way to get an answer. We texted house master the problem of hairdryer, TV and light problem, only get answer at next evening and the house master very kindly offer to change it the next day(the day we need to check out). Everything can be better if the house master care more.

There was a very strong smell in the apartment and the walls were full of stains and mould. The apartment has only one window so it was not possible to ventilate the room with fresh air. It was -2 C outside and there were only two small electric heaters on the ceiling which were insufficient. There is a clear health hazard for people with breathing problems. The apartment was clean though, but the quality of the interior is very poor. The toilet seat wasn't fixed at all, saggy and worn out mattress, battered furniture in the kitchen and electrical plugs with insufficient insulation.

warm, practical, apartment, host was generous.

very loud banging noise from the apartment above at 22:20, at 02:00, 04:00 and 06:00 (yes this is AM). Bunch of guys stops their car at 4am under our window, transport some material into their van, make a lot of noise!!! Sleep if you can.......

Heated bathroom floor. Parking space in front of the house. Relax sofas in the living room. Fully a quipped kitchen.

Host is very lovely, we had some food in the fridge left by host and it was good. Home is comfy and clean. View is wonderful and super easy access to train station. We even get to cross to the otherside to check out the pretty lake nearby.

Love the nature feel around the apartment. Convenient to the train station and grocery spot. The owner even welcome us with a basket full of chocolate, fridge with juices, jam and other food store too, we are grateful, thank you.

Not really know how the dryer works. Maybe can provide bicycle so we can ride to the nearest grocer.
