Spacious room, cold AC, and proximity to everything you need. Sheets were clean and there were multiple pillows for use. Given the price you're paying, you had room amenities you'd only expect from hotels that are pricier.

Noise but was beyond the staff's control (there was a religious event right in front of the stadium and you could hear it all through out the night. Elevator carpet can be cleaner and better maintained.

We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast: the room and atmosphere of the breakfast area is welcoming and comfortable. They have a wide selection of foods. The staff at every area of the property showed excellent courtesy and helpfulness.

I was disappointed that the hot water in our room did not become actually hot until about 6:30am or later. As an early riser, that was frustrating. Also, I'm not sure if maybe the mattress is old: Not sure because I awoke with a sore back each morning, which is unusual for me.

They have two buildings, old and new. We were in the old one.

Room 204 was comfortable with everything we needed for our two night stay. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids. The staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast was adequate. Eggs, waffles, rice, a few bread and meat options. Nice veggies the first morning.

Car parking is a bit of a challenge here. A bit of noise in the hallway but subsided by bedtime.

Everything , from our room, accessibility, breakfast buffet. I particularly loved their brewed coffee. Fresh fruits and salads enhanced our breakfast experience!

the restaurant was outstanding, Melissa finds a way to serve all visitors from anywhere the delicious superiorly fresh food even fresh squeezed juices. everything is outstanding. the staff are quick to serve you with help or kindness the rooms are nice. I highly recommend this hotel and is priced affordable and they will know you by name.

We really like the room and services but breakfast has less choice of food but still, the food is good. Thank you, Palawan Uno and staff, you made our stay in Palawan comfortable. We love it! Till next time!

I just hope that next time, your restaurant is already open so that no need for us to go outside to eat. One more thing was that we waited at the airport but we were not picked up by the hotel's van even though I made the reservation but it was just some lapses that can be avoided next time.

Great value for money, free pickup from the airport, friendly and attentive staff, good wifi in the room, strong water pressure in the shower and nice pool to cool off. Generally good facilities overall and comfy beds.

Dampness in the room was quite bad and smelly. Bidet was broken. On our check-in, bed sheets were dirty and it took us 4 phone calls to convince them to change it. The stuff even were insisting on changing the dirty sheets the next day which we refused. Complimentary tea and coffee seemed old, quality of taste was bad. Hallway carpets need washing, walls were not clean, busted hallway lights, hallway emergency kit expired etc. in general, the hotel requires quite a bit of maintenance and in a run-down state.

We were transferred to another room as the air conditioner of the first room given to us was not working properly

Friendly and accommodating staff, very good location, nice buffet breakfast and free airport transfer anytime (our arrival date and time was changed at the last minute due to flight cancellation but they still showed up)

Floor is not very clean. My 4 yr old son's feet became so dirty after less than 5 minutes of running barefoot.

We booked for a family room. Room was spacious. We were given an early check-in at 12nn.

There was a lot of people(staff/trainees) at the reception which looks unprofessional. They are just standing there where only one person is working. Toilets were not that clean. Bath towels are very old (dirty white In color and very thin) and STAINED. The next day, I Requested them to leave 4 bottles of water in our room since were going on a tour. They just left 1. Upon check out, they told us to wait to check our room. When everything was checked they told me that everything is okay we can proceed. I asked them if they deducted the payment in my card since they did not asked for payment. They said not yet (so if i didnt asked them, it’ll be for free.) During payment, I asked the staff why do i have pay only Php5680 wherein I booked the room for Php8562. She said because I booked for family room thats why its just 5680. (I was thinking the rate was changed since upon they check in they did not find my booking). After cross checking with her the rate, we left. After few minutes, we received a message and a call from the staff apologizing that she was just confused with the machine thats why she charged me for a lesser price. I supposed to pay 8562. She asked me to send the money to their account. How Unprofessional is she? Not even smiling.
