- Sehr nach am Hauptbahnhof, was an und abreise sehr einfach gemacht hat - Sehr großes Zimmer mit genug Platz für Gepäck - Es war sauber - Personal nett

- die Duschen befanden sich im. Erdgeschoss, weshalb man vom Zimmer mit dem Aufzug fahren musste und durch an der Lobby vorbei lief. Da wären Duschen auf den Etagen besser - Das Wort Spa ist irreführend, aber da wir das vorher wussten, war es trotzdem eine gute Unterkunft

The beds were comfortable.

The walls are very thin, so if your neighbours are loud you will hear it. Also we kind of didn’t know why the hotel is called a “spa”. There wasn’t even an onsen, only massages to buy and the overwhelming smell of patchouli in the hallways.

The room was clean and comfortable, wi-fi was provided, and the staff, altho limited in English, tried their best to welcome me. There was no food, but tea was available on the ground floor. It's a bit of a hike to the train station. I'm fit so it's ok but less mobile folks should arrange rides. A very good set of local travel pamphlets were available.

It seems that you get what you pay for. There was no food and the only showers were on the ground floor, but it was well-placed near a 7-11 so my own food was easily obtainable (and they DID provide a refrigerator).

The hot water in the water dispenser is not hot enough.

All staff are really nice and helpful, I'm English and so far all that have spoken to me were. The breakfast is great and so is the common area of the rooms. Really cool and hipster like, i loved it Location is right next to a lot of the places youd want to see, very convenient

The bed was the best. The room has much space.. it's only 7 min from the station, that's pretty good. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly. The loundry machine was really nice and inexpensive to use.

I was there for two weeks, no room service without extra money..The internet is not that good sometimes. The staff das not really speak English. It really noisy in there, you hear everything your neighbors are doing.

The room was very large, the beds very comfortable, there was netflix and YouTube on the TV

The water flow of the shower was very weak, it was complicated to wash my hair

Reasonable to stay. staffs was so helpful, cheerful! Cosy room. Good facilities to stay.(toothbrush, hair dryer, free coffee and green tea, bath and face towels)

Bathroom was a bit small for me.
