Perfect location and lovely and accommodating host. I would highly recommend this place as well as the bakery right across the street. Best place I have stayed in.

A table to put your clothes on top of in the bathroom maybe a good idea.

The Locations was unbelievable! We really didn’t spend too much time inside bc we were too busy roaming about the square etc. The property is definitely comfortable

The building is very nice and the decor is very tasteful, especially in the master bedroom. There is a small terrace, but it was too cool to sit there during our stay. It's an internal area so no view at all but has a small table and chairs. Kitchen area is tiny but well designed and there is everything you need for a short stay.

The smell. The whole apartment was beautifully clean but after the first night a problem emerged. The bathroom was heavily but pleasantly scented when we arrived, but over time the smell of the drains overtook the fragrance. We stayed for 2 nights and by the time we left the smell was unbearable in the bathroom. So, whilst the host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful and the apartment is attractive and perfectly located, the drains really need attention. Staying 1 night is fine, but longer than this you may have an issue.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good, even for a larger group of people. The beds were large and there was plenty of space. The location was absolutely superb - it is close to the main square, the bus station and other main sights of Siena.

Because the apartment was on the main street, it was very noisy, even during early morning hours. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the whole apartment was a bit dark - there were no main laps in the bedrooms and some of the lights weren't working. The main disadvantage was that there was no wifi at all.

A very beautiful and historical Palazzo in a great location. The hosts were charming and very helpful.

Emmanuel our host met us within 5 minutes of us arriving. He was thorough, very helpful and friendly! The location is very good. The place is clean and tidy with everything you need. It only needs a few nice wine glasses. Thanks for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! Will definitely recommend.

no mirror in the bathroom, a/c did not work and with open windows and a noisy street below sleep was hard to come by. also no way to let people in! this is more Airbnb than hotel. two from our party arrived later in the day and there was no way for them to contact us in the apartment.

excellent central location. Good sized apartment with 2 bedrooms.

aircon doesn't reach the bedrooms and switches off during the night. wifi also doesn't reach the bedrooms well enough. staircase to first floor - best avoided by elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Siena. We really enjoyed the size of the space and it was an added bonus having a kitchenette and fridge (although we couldn't get the cooker to work?). The ammenities were excellent and the room was a cool escape from the heat outside, perfect for an afternoon siesta. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in using a code and access the keys and store our luggage after our check out while we waited for the train. The apartment was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the infamous Piazza Del Campo!

Actually reading the reviews before we went to stay here I nearly wanted to cancel the trip but I must say I am delighted we didn’t the place was amazing really lovely, no noise and bedrooms very spacious, lovely shower and bathroom. Very central. The lady who met us on arrival was absolutely lovely 😊 and gave us lots of information on the Palio etc. would definitely recommend to stay here. Thanks a million for a lovely stay.

Only thing I would say is a coffee pot suitable for the induction hob would be great😊

The location and how spacious it was.

The wifi didn’t work so well and a little bit noisy. Also, as we were traveling with kids, we had to lift the stroller through the stairs.

The apartment was well located and had plenty of room. It was light and airy and the main bedroom was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower.

It was very noisy, all windows faced the street and as we were there on a Friday and Saturday there was a lot going on until early morning. The kitchen was reasonably equipped but could have benefitted from a few more inexpensive things, for example a breadknife, tea towels and basic condiments. We also thought that one toilet roll for four people for 2 days was a bit minimal.

Parking informations. We lost 1 hour to find the place.

The location is a few minutes walk from Il Campo. There are various places to park maybe 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was great with comfy rooms, great shower and good WiFi (important for the kids). This is our second time staying here.

N/A. I’d only say that the noise from the street can be loud so if you’re a light sleeper it may be disruptive.

everything went well and the host was always around if there was anything we needed.

while our bed was very comfortable the two single beds that our daughters slept in were very uncomfortable ,I think the two matresses need replacing but other than that everything was very good.
