The staff at reception , Arnie and the girls are very helpful , looked after my wife while i was away , the facilities are great , great food at restaurant inc happy hour . the location of this motel suits our needs , close to river restaurants , casino and major events.

Great location, walk or tram to attractions. Very friendly welcome from reception. Good that restaurant has opened the breakfast was nice. Comfortable suite, everything we needed. Spacious shower. Foxtel available on the TV.

Need a proper hairdryer, the ones permanently attached to the wall are not very good.

The perfect location just in the heart of Melbourne. Staff were amazing, cheers to Niall, Nikki, Karishma and the rest of the team. We were upgraded into a room with better views, and with two single beds when we rebooked. Discount offered for breakfast with buffet option.

Nothing, the price could be considered as expensive but for australian standard and costs in general is actually good.

Car parking is very narrow and low height. Caution: If you are travelling with medium to large SUV and If your boot opens up. It hits the ceiling.

Clean and new (or recently renovated) rooms. Very helpful staff, 24 hour reception. Not far from trains and trams.

Nothing to dislike. Parking would cost extra and I’m not sure how close it is. But if using public transport or taxis this is a great location.

I stayed at the Clarion for 5 days prior to starting work. I stayed in another 2 hotels, including the Pullman on the Park. The Clarion is far superior in my estimation. From my check-in to check-out the level of service was top notch. Particular thanks must go to Elvie, she went above and beyond in making my stay absolutely stress free. Her bubbly nature, ability to rapidly address any issues, (which were minor) were dealt with the same enthusiasm as a major problem. From price matching my Genius 1 discount of 48%, to which the supervisor/manager raised eyebrows and concern, her professionalism was faultless. As a frequent global traveller, I have seen many supervisors/managers with a lesser skillset....#justsaying

Very convenient location, swift check-in and friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was a little stuffy due to the ducted heating which according to the wall sign could only be altered by a few degrees.

Each interaction with the staff was very pleasant. None more so than during the power cut at Breakfast. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we were still catered for in a really nice way.

Came for the F1 - so location and view to southbank were excellent!

The shower was also a bath and the water went everywhere- the fixtures need a bit of an update.

Very very poor wifi No flexibility of the staff because I made mistake of the day of check out ( nobody asked me to confirm at check in!) and I was away for 3 night ( 12 nights booked!) After 3 complaints, they offered me aportabke modem ( thanks for that!)

We arrived at 8 am from international flight but Michael in the desk was very helpful and accommodating and even let us leave our luggages at their office so we can start going around in their business district already. Make you feel at home in a foreign land.
