Very good and helpful staff. The building is not new, but very clean with this special old charm. Location is great - very quiet, but close to the public transport and city center.

The restaurant, where the breakfast is served is very weird and leaves not that nice impression. Also on one day we came 1 h before the breakfast closure and there was literally nothing to eat. Though the staff was nice and cooked omelette for us.

The place was normal and cleaned but the beds were very umcomfortable at all times, the towels are way too small, the doors wont lock the right way there is always a creek. The receptionist didnt even know about our bookong first, and wanted to make us pay again

It was very clean and convenient. The location is great: very quiet place, but just a few steps from the tram. The breakfast was decent.

The walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear everything from the rooms next to you. I walked enough to be very tired, so it was not really an issue.

The staff are so friendly and can speak in English. The location is easy accessible thru public transport.

Very noisy during the night. People standing on corridor and talking very loud during the night. Also they was using the vacuum cleaner at 7am in the morning. Not confortable at all ! Not recommend for families who want peace and relaxation.

very good breakfast and quiet location , a short walk to tran or subway so good for travel and sufficient close by restaurants to eat

nowhere to do laundry on site however a laundromat is not to far away maybe needs some internet TV with English language

everything was perfect! good breakfast and the receptionist was always friendly and helpful.

The privacy of the shared showers could be improved. And last night a guest arrived with a dog that barked for quite some time. Personally I went to the front desk and i talked to the guest to shut the animal up or get it off the property because we all deserve to rest and it was after 10 pm.

The beddings and bed was so comfortable

The rooms were clean, large, and the breakfast was interesting (franks and beans for breakfast?). There was also a "Spam"-like meat that we shied away from. The historical significance of the building was a bonus (although sad), and it was a short walk to the Metro line.

We didn't realize that the term "Shared bathroom" meant that men and women had to go to different floors to use the bathroom and shower. We thought it meant that two rooms were joined to a full bathroom and you could "lock out" the neighboring room.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, good location a few minutes walking from the nearest tram stop, breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Good restaurants nearby in the lower price range; check out the Venezolean restaurant Arepas De Lyna!!
