breakfast and dinner were good. the beach was so good.

lunch was so weak it needs more verity and improvement in types of food. service inside restaurant was not satisfying, needs to be more efficient. the restaurant was very crowded and noisy it needs to be more organized.

Lovely beautiful sea view room. Clean rooms excellent service. Good response from reception when needed. Food was standard. Good swimming pool sizes. Hotel located very close to sea so able to swim in sea which was excellent. The view from the pool area of the sea was beautiful. All rooms have balcony. Hotel responded to messages on booking.com promptly and were very helpful. Hotel location from centre of city was great. Uber was easy and cheap. All staff were friendly and always on hand to help.

We were at the far end of hotel which was a trek in the heat and then taking two flights of stairs to rooms tiring. Would suggest a lift. But I guess they have their reasons. No wifi free in rooms only reception area. Electric in our two rooms went off 3 x over 2 days which was odd. But they were quick to fix it when informed so wasn’t much of an issue. The cost changed from what booking.com quoted which was annoying but that’s in the small print too. The tour arranging hotel staff were pushy and at best annoying. One excursion arranged the staff on the boat was very rude and argued with myself and another tourist. (Parasailing trip)! No safety jackets on these boat trips either despite nearly being thrown out of the boats, not suitable for children

At sunny days, you get a calm beach to relax by, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food is okay, nothing too special, but it's enough to fill you up. The best part is, the hotel is in a great spot, so it's easy to go out and explore the city. It's a nice place to stay if you want both relaxation and easy access to city life.

While my stay at Sunny Days ,had its highlights, there were some notable drawbacks that tempered the overall experience. During my visit, the hotel seemed to be overwhelmed by the crowds, possibly due to the festive season, resulting in overcrowding and difficulty finding a table for breakfast. The limited variety of food options compounded the issue, with long queues forming for just a few items in the restaurant. Additionally, the state of the kids' club was disappointing, lacking enthusiasm from the staff and failing to provide adequate entertainment for children. Another inconvenience was the need to purchase Wi-Fi separately for room use, which felt like an unnecessary extra expense. These shortcomings detracted from what could have otherwise been a more enjoyable stay at sunny days .

Everything was amazing particularly the warm welcome and the requests fulfillment with accuracy

Everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful. Amazing costumer service team who make aure that all my requests were meeted perfectly. I booked two rooms , one double with baby bed and one triple for my father who is in a wheel chair and they provided us a perfect accessable room. Just in front of the sea, 1 min to the restaurant and 1 min to the pool. The beach is amazing , clean , enough with sea beds, amazing coral reefs and colourful fish. One have access to the aqua park in Mirette hotel , so much fun for kids and adults. Perfect for money value. We will definitely come back.

Nothing big to complain about. May be the food quality needs to be improved and to be more tasty.

Personnel très sympa et très à l’écoute

Le mobilier est beaucoup trop ancien, l’hôtel manque de rénovation. C’est dommage car l’extérieur est magnifique et ils ont une vue à couper le souffle. Simplement la déco de la chambre, le mobilier ainsi que tout le reste dans la salle de bain est beaucoup trop ancien et pas du tout entretenu il y a beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain et les rideaux de la chambre laissés passer la lumière du jour car ils sont beaucoup trop fins , heureusement qu’un homme de chambre très très sympa m’a apporté d’autres rideaux pour que ce soit plus sombre.

Food is very bad , no variety , not good taste , most of time AC is not working at the restuarant. Furnitures broken , not well maintained

Room facilities are sooooo old & need total revamping …. Bed wasn’t comfortable, doors wood are in bad condition, plumbing in bathrooms were bad (need full replacement) Snacks are lower than expectations…even lower than last visit (no fries, no pizza, no pasta….just sliced frankfurter in caizer sandwiches)

I ordered room service after 1 Hour and 30 minutes i whent down to se the manager and i got a fruit basket as sorry..... the staff talked bad about the guest in Arabic, we stood at the bar but they didnt serve us talking to each other was more important.

Really nice hotel. They always meet expectations and support last minute booking for the guest to keep comfort. Mr sameh is always showing positive attitude with a broad smile ☺

Unfortunately, a reception team was un-collaborated, doesn't have a solution except pay more , housekeeping not what you expected, foods less middle level only good things hotel location and bar's men....i'm not recommended
