Udsigten er meget smuk.
Dette er det eneste sted i Vietnam, hvor vi har oplevet decideret dårlig service. Noget skyldes givetvis sprogbarriere. Hovedparten af medarbejderne taler meget dårligt engelsk, hvilket er kilde til en del misforståelser. Men derudover virker mange af medarbejderne afvisende og nærmest ligeglade med at yde en god service. Selv helt simple ønsker (såsom et håndklæde pr person på værelset) blev kun efterkommet nølende og efter gentagne opfordringer.
Værelserne er ret slidte, og rengøringen mangelfuld (vi fandt flere efterladenskaber fra tidligere gæster på vores værelse).
Vi følte os ikke velkomne og kan ikke anbefale dette hotel.

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht, twee zwembaden, fijn matras.
Luxe valt tegen in verhouding tot de prijs. Kamer basic, lakens met gaten en te klein. Harde ligbedden bij zwembaden zonder kussens.

Great property with great elevation to create greats views over the infinity pools! Pu Luong was such a please to visit and the hotel helped us arrange transfers and a tour with English speaking guide which was the highlight of our trip!
If you don’t do a tour I’m not sure how you’d get around or what you’d do…

De omgeving en het uitzicht is prachtig
Sommige personeelsleden waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Kamer goed, maar het zicht op de bergen; daar moet je helaas vanuit deze kamer wel veel moeite voor doen. Andere (duurdere) kamers hebben echt prachtig zicht op de rijstterrassen, de bergen en het dal. Vanaf het zwembad heb je ook prachtig uitzicht.
Buiten is het mooi, het is wel erg glad bij het zwembad. Om sommige plekken wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de paadjes en rommel onder sommige accommodatie. Verder netjes. Om zes uur ‘smorgens waren ze al naast mijn kamer aan het vegen.
Personeel:
Je drankje wordt niet altijd gebracht als je bij het zwembad zit, eten moet je vantevoren reserveren. Ze zijn sneller met het uit je handen pakken van geld of sleutel dan met het helpen van het boeken van een bus. Toen ik vroeg of ze de bus naar Hanoi voor me wilden reserveren kon ik aanvankelijk een telefoonnummer krijgen om het zelf te doen.
Afrekenen: Drankje is op de rekening ineens duurder dan op de menukaart en ondanks dat ze adverteren dat je met creditcard kunt betalen geldt dat alleen voor overnachten en eten en drinken en zelfs voor de bus naar Hanoi maar niet voor de activiteiten die ze aanbieden. Natuurlijk kan dat uiteindelijk wel maar het gaat wel moeizaam. Over die activiteiten gesproken:
Bij de hike die ik heb gedaan staat dat het inclusief alle entree is maar er komt toch nog 100 k bij op voor het vlot en nog 10 k voor het bezoeken van het waterrad.

Nous avons fait une lessive via l’hôtel. Elle est arrivée toute humide, sentant mauvais. On a été obligé de tout relaver au prochain hôtel. Bof..
On est presque obligés de déjeuner et dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel car nous sommes en campagne loin de tout. Les prix étaient bien au dessus de ce que nous avons pu expérimenter au Vietnam.
Très bruyant. On entend les voisins la nuit, le personnel fait des travaux constamment ou parle fort et on entend les coqs chanter. Aucune insonorisation, nous avons mal dormi.
L’hôtel était presque vide et pourtant il semblerait que nous ayons eu la pire des chambres. Au rdc, avec aucune vue, et qui sentait l’humide. Il aurait été agréable de nous mettre dans une autre chambre dans la mesure où l’hôtel était presque vide. Notre expérience client aurait été meilleure.

Only criticism is the rooms with shared bathroom can be a bit noisy. We were given an upgrade after /2 nights and all other rooms are amazing

The view around the main pool is breathtaking !
It is also closeby nice walking and hiking paths. I really loved Pu Luong it was a super nice discovery.
The hotel is going under some constructions right now, so there’s a little bit of noise in the morning but it doesn’t last long. Also, one of the pools is under construction too, so the view from the restaurant is obstructed.

I guess it’s the only property with a pool. that’s one of the reasons I chose it

Great experience! The hotel is beautiful and the place is pure Nature. Also the food in the hotel restaurant was incredible and prices are really ok.
I also want to highlight the staff and the owners (especially Minh the owners son who is super nice and always there to help). Thank you also to Nickolay for bringing us to the bus on the last day.

We stayed for 2 nights at Pu Luong Natura, and our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is simply beauty itself, and once you go you won't want to leave. The landscaping and natural beauty around is everything one is looking for if you want to escape city life. The staff are warm and friendly, and the family who own the place are extremely integrated with the guests and make them feel welcome at all times (we also attended a personal birthday party they were having one night!). I will definitely go back there, and would strongly recommend the place!!

I stayed here for 2 days alone and booked a Suite room. Everything was very good, including the staff, room, service, the view and the food.
The food have various options , both local dishes and some western ones. The room was well-prepared and clean, quiet for me to work and relax. Besides, I like the way the staff took cared of every single guest and behaved very professional.
Talking to the resort owner is really interesting, she is friendly and hospitable.
This resort is suitable for couple and family as well.
Because I traveled alone so there was some dishes whose servings was too much for 1 person's meal (although the taste is good), and this partially held me from trying different kinds of food though I wanted :D

The hospitality of Lan is much appreciated. He gave us good advice about things to see etc. 10 points!
We also liked the natural surroundings, the nice restaurant, the incredible friendly teammembers... and had the opportunity to meet the owner. She runs the place with a smile but with keen focus on quality and peace of mind for all visitors. If we visit Vietnam again, we will surely visit your place once again and bring a bottle belgian beer and some chocolates ;-)

The room was right in front of the rice fields, with a beautiful balcony, foot tub, nice shower and very comfy bed (with mosquito net). The hotel has 2 amazing pools and lots of nice spots for pictures. The food and wifi were great. Perfect for hiking and nice views! Definitely a highlight of our trip :)
Despite the location being right next to rice fields, it is in a very remote location with not much else around. We didn't see any convenience store or other restaurants apart from the one at the hotel so come prepared.

The setting was beautiful and the accommodation was really special.
Lan and the rest of the team were excellent hosts and catered to our every whim. The foot bath on arrival is a highlight.
Unfortunately there was a staff party for the end of the year but they were super polite and the music only lasted for 2 hours.

The staff us amazing! Very kind and helpful! the bungalow (which overlooked the rice fields and mountains) was very spacious and very very clean! Toothbrushes, good shower and a foothbath were present (also the beds included a klamboe). 2 infinitypools and a nice restaurant. We also had locals perform which was an added experience! Breakfast was quite good but simple.

The bungalows are a little piece of paradise. True, we practically had the place to our own, since apparently we visited at a less busy moment, but I cannot immagine it to be less beautiful

Great location with amazing views! Staff were very friendly and helpful. it was a bit cold and rainy so we didn’t use the pools but they looked amazing and the whole place was so relaxing.
The walls of the rooms are thin so it was noisy when children were playing outside the door or in the evening when the restaurant was busy. It got quiet after 10pm so it was manageable!

Beautiful location. Staff was great, English was easily spoken. Food was good and the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. The property itself was great. Very nice structures and even 2 pools!
not very peaceful in the morning. I was looking forward to having a relaxing morning, while taking in the surrounding scenery. unfortunately this place seems to be slowly ruined by people interested in taking photos at 6am (and making a ruckus about it too).
